Pros:

The coffee was free, available all day, and pretty decent.

The cleaning lady was nice.

Cons:

The water was set too warm. Turning to cold was warm, turning it to hot, was like hell fire. Actually have pictures of skin burn. Add poor water pressure. The breakfast was mediocre. The paint was peeling from the ceiling in our room and the wallpaper in the hallway was stapled to the wall. The elevator was VERY creeky and opened slightly before reaching the floor. I am phobic and would have taken the stairs, but it is not allowed. It's only for emergency exit.

Pros:

Convenient location, decent breakfast, toiletries smelled amazing. The waffles were especially great!

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was too hard and the pillows too small.

We're glad we stayed there and will again when in the area.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the man in charge was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the chair by the coffee bar was very comfortable too.

Cons:

The phone was out of order. It was confusing trying to get WIFI. We asked for help at the desk where we were given a code.

Not What we Expected
Pros:

The first room they gave us was not cleaned, extremely tight and had electrical receptacles that were in operative. Thankfully they were kind enough to move us to a better room on the 4th floor. It was old and needed renovation. However I'm not sure the limited structure could sustain a decent up grade. Staff were very nice.

Dirty hotel with poor management.
Pros:

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel. Dirty carpets, broken air conditioning, elevators making noises. Hampton inn has a guarantee to make it right but the general manager was defensive and arrogant. She needs to be replaced.
