It was OK, but not what I expected or am accustomed to at a HI. .
Pros:

I always like the Hampton Inn included breakfast.

Cons:

The front desk staff wasn’t that friendly. When we arrived, one person was on the hotel phone, the other typing into the computer. No friendly greeting, no ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’, just let us stand there at the desk awaiting to be acknowledged.
The room was clean, but the bathroom shower fixture was in need of maintenance. The control vale was very loose and was not operating smoothly whatsoever. There was a light bulb out over the sink, and the provided hair dryer would not stay in the holder mounted on the wall near the wall mirror and its handle had a questionable sticky substance on it.
The towels were clean, but like sand paper and had an extremely strong oder of bleach.
I guess I have been spoiled by the other HI’s I’ve stayed at having higher guest standards.

A clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay with friendly service—I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Nothing major stood out during my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

We will not come back to this hotel again.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay--although some of the food was gone 40 minutes before closing time. One of the mornings that we stayed there the waffle maker was out of order.

Cons:

In summary, in 6 days we were placed in 3 rooms. The 1st room did not have a desk and had excessive noise from the exit door. The 2nd room had a desk but smelled; we were told it was due to lack of use. After 2 nights the smell was unbearable; we discovered mold on the walls. We took pictures, sent them to the front desk--after which the agent went to the room and acknowledged the mold. Subsequently we moved to the 3rd room.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Limited selections and even though I arrived early there were items that were not available. Rather disappointing breakfast. The coffee available was wonderful as were the cookies available on my return in the afternoon.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good! The pool as well was nice to have. It was also really clean.

Cons:

When booking it said the pool was indoors, never showed an outside pool. Also the 2 queen size room was a little too small. Hard to walk around the room comfortable.

Convenient location
Pros:

This Hampton Inn had sort of an odd vibe to it. The room layout was different from what I've experienced at other Hampton Inns.
Check in was OK and check out was fine.
The room was quiet and small. While the bed was comfortable, I felt cramped in this room, especially the bathroom. In all honesty, I chose this room during the online check in process because it was on the first floor. Normally, I would pick something on the highest floor possible, but I did choose the first floor for this particular stay. I'm not sure if that made a difference in the room size or not.
Breakfast was good and had the typical Hampton Inn food offerings for breakfast.
The location worked out well for me. Easy on and easy off for the freeways. Plenty of nearby food options to choose for dinner.
