It was clean and convenient
It appeared people were permanent residents in some rooms

No elevator,they didnt grant our request for a ground floor room,we were next to back door and vending machines which was very noisy! While we were out for the day the housekeepers came in our room unexpectedly and took all of our towels but they didnt leave clean ones and they didnt even clean our room,I had to go down to the front desk and get clean towels as they wouldnt bring them up to our room! The breakfast was definitely another disappointment was it was nothing more than microwave biscuits!!! We will never stay there again!!!!!
It was convenient location, clean but a little dated. Good value for what we needed.

The desk clerk, upon arrival, was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating.
The room was dated, and the previous patchwork was completed in an incompetent manner, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable. The morning crew not so much. I don't know which was more annoying, the television blaring in competition with loud top 40 music, the lack of anything resembling nutrition to eat for breakfast, or the lack of hosting by the employees; save for the lady in charge of the kitchen area, who was trying to do her job around the other employees who ignored the guests while attending to themselves. From maintenance to hospitality, management is lacking at this hotel.
The lobby and eating area were lovely. Breakfast was the best we have had this holiday. Very friendly staff.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always so nice and clean. We have stayed at a local hotel and was not pleased at all. This was our 3 year staying at Best Western and we will continue to use this hotel when we are in Hickory. My children love the breakfast and pool. The location is amazing to, only 10 to 15 minutes away from the gyms we have basketball tournaments at.

The staff were wonderful.
The room was from the fifties. Wallpaper was coming off the wall. No plug-ins for charging our phones and tablets.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful..location is very convenient to the convention center i was attending an event at and close to shipping and restaurants
The cable machine in the workout facility was broken on one side and couldnt be adjusted
