Very good, and great value.
Pros:

Hotel room was excellent, staff were nice and accommodating, and best of all was the breakfast, it was excellent.

If looking for cheap, this is the place!!!
Pros:

Booking Com said Best Western was pet friendly in Hickory...confirmed 2 queen beds. Rude manager said Best Western wasn't pet friendly. When I showed him my confirmation from you, he said you made a mistake not BW....he eventually admitted that they do accept dogs but not with queen beds . Toilet bowl too low to the floor...base cut to accommodate children?

Pros:

The hotel is unsafe and not clean. The inside rooms are tolerable. Unfortunately, my employer looks for the best rates, and therefore I have to stay here. I would not recommend staying in an outdoor room, as they are unsafe. I was told by the desk clerk that "well, they are pretty safe", and later stating that the owner drives through the parking lot at night. Not sure what that does, but stay at your own risk.

Cons:

Breakfast there are zero healthy options, All high carb high sugar. Impossible to have decent Breakfast as a diabetic (or any other healthy option).

The location was convenient to places we visited, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
