Die Stadt ist sehr schön und das hotel liegt perfekt finde ich.
Nach einem anstrengen Tag noch ein Getränk an der Hotelbar zubekommen ist fast unmöglich. Der Kellner ist sehr unmotiviert
Location of the hotel is perfect to visit the Buda side of Budapest. Also, downtown on the pest side is easily reachable by public transport.
Staff was very efficient and helpful.
Size of the room is maybe good for two people but it is not when the sofa bed is in use.
If you have a big teenager, this is not a good option cause the additional bed is small and not comfortable.
We also missed more hangers and shelves to leave our lugagge and other staff

Localizarea hotelului este foarte ok pentru o vizita scurta in Budapesta. Pentru o sedere mai lunga e de preferat mai aproape de centru.
Camera modesta cel putin, cu un miros dubios. Nu are minifrigider, curatenia lasa de dorit. La baie totul picura, inclusiv sifonul de la chiuveta ( direct pe picioare), dar macar sunt prietenosi cu insectele...in special paianjeni. Nu as mai rezerva aici

O preço, usamos o Hotel Mercury em Viena que nos agradou mais e o preço mais justo.
Személyzet kedves volt,minden nagyon tiszta és rendezett volt .
La localisation à côté de la gare et du métro
Dommage que le prix affiché sur la carte du repas soit surtaxé à hauteur de 27% pour les boissons (café et eau) et 5% sur l’alimentaire.

L’explication que nous avons reçu est la suivante, le terminal de paiement d’ Ibis ne fonctionnait pas et de deux ce fait nous avons dû régler avec le terminal de l’hôtel Mercure
Malheureusement pour nous les prix sont plus élevés.
Je pense qu’on nous a incombé le dis fonctionnement du terminal 😱
Locatia, micul dejun, angajatii amabili, salteaua confortabila, mobilierul placut.
Am gasit in camera un gandac de bucatarie.
