Terrible experience.
The room was dirty when we arrived, and the bed sheets clearly looked like they had not been changed. Cleanliness was a major issue.
Breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited options and low quality.
On top of that, they charged me for three rooms instead of one, even though I had canceled the extra rooms on time through Booking.
The staff was not helpful and the overall service was very disappointing. The location was also not good.
The night before, other guests were complaining about bugs in their rooms, which made the situation even worse.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Wouldn’t stay here again and I love Hampton inns but not This one

I didn’t like much may location

Cons:

Run down . College kids all hanging out in lobby kids running the halls late at night . The actual lighting in our room was broken so we barely had light it was awful.

Don’t bother giving lazy people your business
Pros:

Called ahead to book the room and despite bringing up my rewards number to the employee, I was ignored and my points were not applied. She acted very unprofessional in her responses. The hotel itself is extremely crummy for being a Hampton in. Everything is pretty run down and not well taken care of. I would recommend the clarion pointe or Fairfield just up the road.

The gentleman at the front desk was okay...did not make us feel welcomed.
The lady at the front desk when we left was super nice.

Meet purpose of trip
Pros:

Location was great, staff were friendly

Cons:

Room in pictures seem nice, however room needs to be updated, furniture has dents and dings on it. Telephone is dirty

I have stayed at other Hampton inns and this one needs some updating
The outdoor lights mostly were not on so I felt unsafe when arriving

I don't plan to stay at this particular Hampton Inn again.
Pros:

First room we were given had refrigerator that did not work, tv didn't do well, heat & air hard to regulate. We were moved to a second room that was a little better but a difficult move for my 87 year old aunt that uses a cane plus other issues.
We asked to speak to a manager but none on duty, only the guy at the front desk and he did the best he could.

Cons:

Things in room working. Need to change room difficult.

The stay was decent.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice , especially since it was free .

Cons:

The hotel room was too cold . We froze all night , we turned the air off but it was still freezing.
Also I didn’t. Think the bed was as comfortable and plush as my other stays at Hampton inn .

Cons:

Front walkway blocked off by construction tape. No ramps accessible and luggage carts too small and cumbersome. Unable to get carts over curb and no ramps.

Definitely a better choice.
Pros:

This is a nice location with a few restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe and very close to the interstate as well. The room was quite nice and very clean.

I will not trust Hampton chain again.

Hotel staff was very nice. Close to the interstate as we were only passing through.

Cons:

There was one person at the desk and three of us waiting. He was very nice and accommodating. One elevator was out but not a big deal. The room showed a lot of wear. Rug was old, furniture looked like it came from a garage sale, there was a hole in the couch arm which was very worn down too. The room could stand a coat of paint. The bathroom appeared clean but the old fashioned tub with shower curtain was dated and didn't do a good job of keeping water off of the floor. The caulking around the tub needed updating. The bed was okay and linens appeared clean. The breakfast facilities also showed wear. We arrived for breakfast at 9:00 and there were no eggs and the oatmeal was gloppy. I had to add hot water to make it edible. Eggs weren't replenished for 15 minutes. Apparently front desk staff was taking care of the breakfast area? Anyway this facility needs an update in the lobbies and the rooms. I'm disappointed in Hilton.

There for a Holiday visit with nearby relatives - it served the purpose, no complaints.
