Pros:

Location. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

No hot water first night. On our second night we were only there for about an hour when a standby flight became available. We were stranded in Chicago due to inclement weather and needed to grab the flight. The manager on duty the second night (3/15) was not at all accommodating and refused to entertain any sort of discount. So we paid over $200 for 1 hour in a room that they could then clean and re-rent out for the night. Very disappointing.

Beautiful property with airport shuttle
Pros:

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and it’s convenient and close to the airport with a shuttle. The morning front desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property was great however, the overnight front desk clerk was not friendly and clear about where to go in the airport to catch the shuttle bus. When guests are arriving after midnight, extra courtesy and clarity are appreciated.

Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel staff friendly.

Cons:

Nonetheless I wished to use the pool while the layover - between the flights. The water was incredibly dirty, the pool looked more like a dirty pond. I used the "jaccuzzi" and got an awful infection for the rest of the travel. I do not recommend to use it as relaxation while you are travellling.

The hotel room was very nice and affordable. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous.
Pros:

The breakfast in the morning was fabulous. I love that it started early to allow guests to still gave breakfast before catching an early flight. The food selection was pretty decent and priced very good for munching in the late hours.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good.

Great location, excellent value
Pros:

Great location, close to the airport with 24/7 free airport shuttle.
The room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for an overnight stay before catching our flight.

A good close to the airport choice
Pros:

The location fit my needs. Wanted to check in quickly and be able to sleep soon after my flight. The breakfast was very good, with multiple choices and pretty decent coffee. I especially liked the potatoes and bacon. I was on the front of the building but didn’t hear much traffic noise
