The pool water was extremely cold. That was one of the reason I booked there. We couldn't even go swimming the water was so cold

Cons:

They double book my room, I was laying in bed a man walked in my room while I was clothless. I screamed I was terrified. Called downstairs told the front desk a man walked in she then said one moment then disconnected the phone. Then she came knocked on door and said I didn’t pay, I the showed her my online reservation then she said oh sorry. Now I lock the doors everytime I get a room I’m traumatized!!!

The strong point here is the staff. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Every member of staff I ran into was smiling and so so kind. I definitely appreciated them and their positivity! The area did seem safe and was within driving distance to attractions.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was rather dark and the room didn't look as if it had been vacuumed in quite a while, which was surprising because everything else (bedding, bathroom, etc) seemed very clean, but you could definitely tell no one had vacuumed recently.

It wasn’t very expensive.

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t work. It took me ten tries to get connected, and then I couldn’t load anything.

There was broken glass on the floor. Not just a little piece or two, but huge pieces. I thought the window must have broken at some point.

The noise pollution was awful. I got almost no sleep either night I was there.

I left a day early and asked for a refund of our last night (the one we didn’t stay) but they said no.

Cons:

Pool was under renovation and the only reason I chose this facility was so that my kids could swim. Also the shower was messed up. Let the staff know and also messaged them on this app with no response. I am very upset.
