Room was great. Breakfast was good, however I did not see Pancakes on the menu. It would be nice if Pancakes or Waffles were offered.

Amazing service with a great team always ready to welcome you and help at any time. Great location. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. We will definitely come back — highly recommend!

Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable hotel.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay for a few days end of january . The staff was kind and genuinely helpful—especially Rain at the front desk. Every time I interacted with her, she was warm, down to earth, and welcoming. The front desk manager was also very helpful and professional.
If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I would definitely recommend this property.

Hotel was beautiful. Valets were amazing, helpful, polite and all the things! I appreciated everyone very much! Highly recommend! Quintel was especially helpful during our departure.

What stood out most was the hotel team. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in creating a welcoming and refined guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was very clean and comfortable, the room service was very quick, and the staff was very helpful. Sam the valet was extremely helpful to make sure we were taken care of. My daughter loved everything about the hotel.

As someone who serves as a Senior Director of Experience for a multi location luxury brand, I travel often and stay in some of the most beautiful hotels across Los Angeles and beyond. It is rare for me to feel truly impressed anymore and even rarer to feel moved. The Cameo Hotel did both.

From the moment I arrived and was welcomed with a glass of champagne, I knew this stay was going to be different. There is an intentionality here that you can feel in every detail. The renovations are immaculate and world class. The design is elevated yet warm, the art is thoughtfully curated, and the entire property feels like a sensory experience. Even the scent of the hotel is memorable.

The rooms are exceptional. The beds are out of this world comfortable, the bathrooms are pristine, and the water pressure, such a small detail, is absolute perfection. You can tell that every decision was made with care and with the guest in mind.

The restaurant and bar are just as impressive. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully executed. The drinks are crafted with precision and creativity. It feels intimate, refined, and effortlessly luxurious.

What truly sets this place apart is the service. It was warm, genuine, and seamless in a way that feels increasingly rare. Nothing felt forced, just attentive, kind, and elevated hospitality from start to finish. Robin at the front is an exceptional host. He uses luxury language, combined with warmth and is over accommodating, and I cannot appreciate him enough. He made me feel extremely welcomed.

I have stayed at many luxury hotels throughout Los Angeles, and without hesitation, this will be my preferred location moving forward. It feels like a hidden gem that is on the verge of becoming the place to stay in Beverly Hills.

This was more than a stay. It was an experience.

Front Desk manager Rain Sumatra was great 👍 she took care of us .compare to other hotel i food she was great. Need people like her at the front desk.

Sam was awesome! I called for my car and it was ready when I got downstairs. Sam was very friendly and helped me with my bags.

More importantly, fantastic service where they truly care about the guest. I checked out early morning due to some meetings until the afternoon. They stored my bag and I asked if they had a place I could shower and change later in the day if I went for a run when I came back. They said they do not but would figure out how to make it work. 2 hours later I received a text saying they extended my checkout until the time I needed so I could shower after my run. That only worked because the room was still available, but then doing it proactively was fantastic. Shout out to Oduwa for being so caring.

A great experience from start to finish. The valets are friendly and welcoming, the front desk goes above and beyond and the restaurant and bar are amazing - both food and service! Rain and Robin at the front desk and Elizabeth in the bar are the best! The renovations are incredible! Can’t wait for our next trip!!

Best service ever, especially from the valet guys. and also the front desk people are very , responsive. I had a problem with the toilet and they were able to help me immediately.

Excellent service and great place to stay! Everything was clean and everyone was helpful and nice. Especially Rain and Erick were so friendly and professional from check-in to checkout. During our stay they made sure we were well taken care of. We had an amazing time and all of the staff helped make our experience comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend the newly renovated Cameo.The view from my room was incredible as well.

Every part of the stay was unbelievable. The staff was so welcoming and helpful especially Oduwa, Eric and Sam. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing experience.
