Breakfast was terrible! gravy was more like water, bisquets were hard as rock, butter frozen and sausage was greasy.
I was sick to my tummy by time got back to room. several others complained about breakfast while we were trying to eat. But you get what you pay for!

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet was splattered with pee, the tub had soap stains on the edges that were noticeably not washed.

I had some kind of bugs in the room. Used bar of soap left in the bathtub. Tub didn’t look clean and no ice machine

Room was not clean. took forever to check in . no room service the second day.

The staff tried to help us as best they could, but there was no redeeming the condition of this property. Our room was supposed to have a fridge, it did not. It was supposed to have a television, which it had, but could not be used because of a nonworking remote. The staff offered us another room, but when we went in, it had crickets all over the floor. We asked for a refund for the second night of our stay since we were not staying another night but so far our appeal has not been acted upon. Shame on Quality Inn

First of all, this is a motel, not a hotel. It is old and run-down, in need of repair, and wreaks of smoke, even in our non-smoking room. I would not stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone else. If you're in a bind and this is your only option, the a/c gets plenty cold and the water gets plenty hot.

Bed smelled like urine every time you rolled over. I believe it was the mattress as the sheet were clean.

Drove 7 hours for them to tell me my room isnt functional

Did not feel safe from the time I stepped out of my vehicle surrounding to the hotel were okay not horrible dirty but they were not well maintained bedding was okay glad I only had to stay one night

No gluten-free options for breakfast.

I didn't like anything. We paid for two nights and left after the second one. I paid for paid for two rooms. The ladies stayed in one and the guys stayed in the other. The ladies DID NOT WANT TO STAY. We left and drove all through the night just so they didn't have to stay again.
There was a guy in the downstairs room with his window open standing there with no shirt on watching the ladies as they were unloading their truck. He then came out saying he would take their bags up to their room. They said no thank you and he sat their watching the whole time. It made them very uncomfortable. The ladies said it looked like he lived there.
The rooms smelled like urine and were dirty. I usually lay on the floor to stretch and work out and I felt it was too dirty to do that. I didn't even like walking barefoot in the room. I've stayed in cheap rooms that were considerable better than this one and this one was not cheap at all.

Check in was the only decent thing about this hotel

Upon entering the room, I felt like something was biting my legs. I think they had pet's in the room and did not clean. The sheets seem wrinkled like they did no change them. The pillows were clean. Bedspread looked dirty. Plumbing behind toilet was very rusty and corroded. AC works well. Mattress good but seems to be swayed and old.

It was just ok. There were a few things that we had to call to have fixed and they fixed them. The price was high and the pool was not working.

Terrible place to stay. The room stunk of mold and mildew. The front desk girl checked it out with me. She agreed. She called the owner and asked if I could get a refund so I could move to a cleaner hotel. He refused. The pictures speak for themselves. The sink took over ten minutes to drain after brushing my teeth. I’ve stayed in better $50 hotels. This one is atrocious.

Property staff was nice check in was easy

I booked it cause of the pool and then I got there and the pool wasn’t operational. I contacted y’all and got an email to confirm some things but when I responded it was kicked back cause your persons mailbox was full and this happened multiple times I checked out after the first night and let them know I would be checking out in the morning when I checked in. Still no resolve currently and manager hasn’t been available to authorize the two day refund.
