They granted us with late checkout and the room was clean.

Cons:

Have you been here lately? The whole place is under construction. There wasn’t even a lobby available. The pool was nearly empty and the water was green. There was a stack of old mattresses in the parking lot directly across from us as we sat and ate breakfast. This place was horrible. I should have spent a little more and stayed at a better place.

Terrible value
Pros:

Nothing. This property is completely run down and unlike the photos which are probably from 10-15yrs ago.

Cons:

First room had an unpleasant odor upon entry. We had to go back and ask for another. There’s something about the first-floor rooms. Musty, like water has been dripping down behind the walls for a while. One trash can in the room; had to hunt for it. The remote control for the tv didn’t work, almost as if it wasn’t even intended for the tv. The noise was terrible from all sides. The elephant above, and loud staff in the echoing hallway outside. Nothing was pleasant about this stay. Today, my legs were itchy. Sheets?

Pros:

Location and nice sized clean rooms. Proximity to Cal Poly Pomona was a plus!

Going through major renovations right now which made check in and parking somewhat challenging. None of ice machines were operating.

With all the constriction and no ice, the staff made up for it all.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The staff was great. Could not find some items they brought it to me.

No Ice to use. Tuff to get around handicap accesses down due to constriction.
