Location. A good breakfast.
Starting to show its age. Noisy air conditioner, a door that sticks, a loose toilet seat. Need more mechanical updates I guess
Comfortable
In places the lobby and room showed some age and wear but overall this hotel is comfortable, clean, well-run, and has a great staff. We were very comfortable in our stay, the staff was very helpful and pleasant, and we would stay here again

Paid 400.00 for 2 rooms, to stay at a place with hot tub and heated pool. Hot tub wasnt working so closed!!! States heated pool. However, it was so cold we barely swam. Main reasons we rented there!!!!! I only live 10 minutes from place.
The location
The pool and hot tub area are very dirty. There is foot prints of the bottom of the pool as well as the hot tub stagnate water uncleaned.

Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, helpful and friendly.
I had a terrible time with my key card losing its ability to open doors. Many times I had to have the front desk refresh my key. I have had this happen at other hotels but it occurred this trip way more that any previous place I stayed.
Friendly staff
Staff are good; rooms are clean; breakfast mains change each day. Lovely front porch for visiting. Cookies and coffee always available.
Everything about my stay was excellent, from the cleanliness to the breakfast. The kids loved the pool. Housekeeping was amazing. We will be back.

I want to be very honest about our stay at Country Inn & Suites — this is not a hotel I can recommend, especially at the price point we paid.
To be fair, the lobby and breakfast area were spotless, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.
Our room had a noticeable unpleasant odor, the carpet was stained and dirty, and I killed 2 earwigs in the bathroom. Even the towels had a stale, worn smell that didn’t feel fresh. The hotel was also very busy, with a full parking lot and a lot of activity around the building, including children running through the halls and noise overhead that made it difficult to rest.
We left early the next morning because I couldn't wait to leave. At over $200 a night, the experience did not match expectations. While every hotel can have an off night, this stay fell far below what we would expect for this rating and price range.
The rooms definitely needed some maintenance. Staff was very friendly but nothing was done to correct issues - spiders, ants, damp & musty smell, deadbolt wouldn’t work, tub wouldn’t drain.
It was very nice and clean.
