It was clean, but wouldn’t stay again as the noise factor and bathroom facilities were not comfortable at all.

Easy to find, parking reasonable, clean

Cons:

Noise factor, got frightened in middle of night as it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room, shower taps horrible positioning, tap to switch over to bath or shower difficult to pull up, bath very slippery almost slipped

Pros:

Location was the only great aspect of this place.

Cons:

Staff were careless about informing you of the property, the after hours phone to contact the staff to get some support was never answered.
Very poor standards of cleanliness; shower with mold, kettle with marks of splashed tea outside, wardrobe with dust mixed with hair, fridge soiled and some surfaces with marks of cup or glasses from previous days.

It was comfortable and a stress free stay.
Pros:

Great location, accessible, safe and convenient. Value for money and a big bonus for us was the free parking and dining hours.

Spa King Room - couple stay
Pros:

Convenient location, huge room with spa bath and very comfortable king size bed. Generous supply of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milk, water replenished as needed from reception. The kitchenette was great; super friendly reception staff and free parking. Close to the Botanical Gardens area.

Cons:

Towels are in need of replacement they are a bit worse for wear. The lighting in the kitchenette was very dim, and note that while not an issue for us, the shower is over the spa bath so it wouldn't suit older persons or those with any balance or mobility issues.

Always friendly staff and nice and clean

Cons:

This time round the room was ok. The bed was horrible very uncomfortable woke up sore. The shower head was spraying everywhere but down. Had to push the insert back in but still wasnt great

I travelled from regional SA for hospital related stay to support my Mum. Location so good

It only just turned out okay, country folk are easy to please.
Pros:

The King bed was very comfy, nice linen.
Tea and coffee provided.

Cons:

Absolutely NO housekeeping provided when you 'STAY"..

The weekend adult male tried to be obliging when we asked for new bathroom towelling but when I asked for the toilet bathroom to be cleaned, straight up - no we cant do that. We were there Thurs to Monday !!!
