Pros:

My stay at the hotel was genuinely delightful - as a solo traveler, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived thanks to the warm, attentive staff. The room was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly quiet, giving me the perfect space to unwind after exploring the city. The location was great, 5 minutes by foot from the train station. I left feeling refreshed and already excited to return again or share more travel experiences.

Die Lage war superzentral.
Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

25 Euro für den Tiefgaragenparkplatz geht gar nicht. Total eng und somit hohes Risiko die Wände "anzukratzen". Frühstücksbrötchen könnten frischer/knuspriger sein. Frische gemachtes Omelett sehr gut. Ziemlich kleiner Frühstückraum.
Die Bar gegen 23:30 geschlossen.
Bei einem 4☆ Hotel hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Also meine Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt.

Überaus freundliches Personal! Gute Frühstücksauswahl.

Cons:

Extrem kleines, sehr altes Zimmer inkl. sehr alter Möbel. Unglaublich hellhörig. Balkon eines anderen Zimmers vor meinem Zimmerfenster.

Sehr gut, sie sind auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen. Das ganz Mercure Hoel Team außerordentlich professionell und sehr höflich und zuvorkommen.

Ich habe bedauert, dass es am Abend in der Bar Tiefkühlflammkuchen oder Pizza gab. Schöner wären Würstchen, Frikadellen mit Brot oder Kartoffelsalat, oder Baquette

Die Lage war gut das war es aber auch.

Cons:

Für den Preis erwarte ich ein sauberes und ganzes Zimmer. Die Möbel Warenextrem in die Jahre gekommen und sahen aus als wären kleine Mäuse an den Möbeln gewesen. Bei 200 Euro die Nacht erwarte ich ein Zimmer das auch mal Modernisierung gesehen hat. Dies war mein zweiter Besuch bei der Kette ich werde nun nie wieder Mercure buchen. Preise für parken und Frühstück sind einfach unverschämt.

La camera poteva essere adeguata ad un 4 stelle, quando è stato costruito o inaugurato, dopo di che non hanno aggiornato nulla, compresa la moquette.
Il problema più grande del mio soggiorno è stato quello che hanno dato la mia camera anche ad un’altra persona che alle 23,00 si è presentato in camera. È stata una brutta esperienza!!
La mattina dopo al mio rientro dalla colazione mi accorgo che avevano cancellato la mia chiave, quindi sono dovuto tornare in reception per farmela riattivare.
