Staff friendly and helpful. Room & bathroom clean & bright.

Cons:

Paid extra for a sea view but the window was not very wide so whilst sitting in bed we only saw a brick wall.
We paid €17 each for breakfast but only had coffee,fruit& yoghurt as, unbeknown to us, the rest was being cleared away as we sat there.

Общее впечатление скорее негативное: за 591 € за три ночи я ожидала большего.
Pros:

Отличное расположение прямо у пляжа. В отеле выдают пляжные полотенца, в номере удобные большие подушки. Когда мне понадобилась зубная паста, на ресепшене её сразу предоставили.

Cons:

Да, так точнее. Вот обновлённый и ещё более компактный блок.

**Что не понравилось**

Я заплатила 591 € за 3 ночи и выбрала более дорогой номер с видом на океан. Сначала мне дали номер на 2-м этаже с видом в основном на крышу и большую трубу, океан был виден лишь частично. После жалобы меня переселили, но второй номер уже выходил на детскую площадку. В итоге оплаченного вида на океан я так и не получила, а компенсацию или возврат разницы в стоимости мне не предложили.

В обоих номерах при заселении было очень жарко. Кондиционер не был заранее включён: приходил сотрудник со стремянкой и включал его. Звукоизоляция слабая — хорошо слышны люди и разговоры в коридоре.

При выезде такси до автостанции мне вызвал отель. Я специально уточнила на ресепшене стоимость, потому что примерно знала цену поездки. Мне назвали максимум около 5 €, и я согласилась, так как это было лишь немного выше ожидаемой суммы. Но по факту я заплатила более 11 €, что подтверждается чеком. То есть стоимость оказалась более чем в два раза выше той, которую мне назвали в отеле.

Decepcionada calidad-precio para ser de 4 estrellas

El personal que nos atendió en recepción, la ubicación en frente de la playa victoria y las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

Me decepcionó porque para ser de 4 estrellas me pareció de menos. Para empezar no tenía ni cafetera, tetera en la habitación que he estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas y si tenía, el minibar estaba vacío( que es la primera vez que veo que está vacío) y la puerta del baño era un poco incómoda, se salía el agua de la ducha y la cisterna se quedaba pillada todo el rato.

Swimming pool is missing even though there is the ocean really close.
Staff seemed a bit bored and overworked.
The price was pretty expensive for one night.

A most enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
