Spacious room. Service could be better

Great water-view,city-view. My son love it !

For the record, I don’t normally give five star reviews for hotels as I always keep a very high standard for hotels, however, this is not the case for Hyatt Place Liuzhou. My family was properly greeted upon arrival and was upgraded to a better room with gorgeous river view. This hotel matches every single standard in my mind as a frequent business traveler and I see no room for improvement at all. The complimentary breakfast is phenomenal and everything is delicious and savory. Hotel staff are well trained, polite and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to all my peers and colleagues and I look forward to lodging in this hotel in the near future.

Beautiful hotel. One off the tallest buildings in Liuzhou

Clean, comfortable and good shower& amenities. Reception quick check in and check out. Staff very friendly and responsive. International credit card easily accepted.

I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke so am glad that Hyatt Place Liuzhou was generally smoke free! Rooms r well maintained, modern and clean for a relaxing stay. Overall, the location was also connected to a mall which made shopping for items much easier.

Hotel has fantastic views of liujiang river and bridges. The rooms are clean, beds are good, breakfast is good. The only thing that marred the entire experience is the design of the bathroom. There's only one sliding door, if close the bathroom, cannot close the toilet and the entire area has no closing from bedroom. It's an incredible design and I wonder which designer came up with such a bizarre design and was adopted by the hotel.

It's a new hotel and it's conveniently located beside the mall which has supermarket, restaurants, and other shops. Rooms have good view overlooking the river. Bedsheets, towels are clean. Overall a very good experience

To be honest the hotel is very good in many aspects including ambience , view , room size, breakfast and many more but what makes me give the 3 stars rating is because I was told that this is a smoke free hotel but the room I was given is one that when I stepped in, the first thing that came to be was someone has smoked in the room.

Depending on how ones look at it as it is a guest who smoked but then the hotel is obligated to ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned for the next guest !! I went to feedback to the reception who mentioned that they will bring an air purifier but then didn’t come when I came back to the room again later in the evening. The hotel could also have changed a room for me which they didn’t hence this issue alone would make me give it a 3 stars rating instead of what could have been a 5 stars rating.

Close to Liuzhou railway station(5 bus stops), very clean and comfortable. The hotel reception is set on 42nd floor and all guest rooms are on even higher floors. Breakfast is also good.

Was so much more than I expected in the middle of Guangxi. The hotel was exceptional. High above the city the view was great. Staff and breakfast outstanding. If you find yourself in LiuZhou this is the only hotel you should stay.

Great view of Liujiang River and landscape from the window of the room, Clean & better service of the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. wonderful breakfast with great view in the restaurent. Shopping Mall nearby, convenient.

這酒店讓我失望了，如果沒有在香港分店的住宿經驗，也許就不會失望了。因酒店門柄設計不當，在正常使用情況下，嚴重的夾到我的手指，還要聽某些酒店職員的涼薄說話。此外，酒店職員對國內以外的旅客法規處理程序毫不認識又不認真的解決問題，讓我炎熱的天氣白跑兩次政府部門，浪費了我的的士費用、時間。還有，做不到童叟無欺，收費比菜單上的價錢貴，如果客人善良就會收費，人善人欺。
To summarise the chinese version :
- due to its not professional dorr design, caused my finger had a serious injury under proper usage, also had to listen mean talk from staffs.
- staffs don't know any legal process of foreign travellers, wasted my taxi fare and time under hot weather.
- trying to cheat nice customers money by charging higher price than what menu written.
