The room had bugs in it, was dirty, elevator broken ,no breakfast like advertised, no microwave in room, bed was awful, staff was rude when he wasn't sleeping at the desk, drug dealing in parking lot, ... I have never been in a hotel that had this much wrong with it. They advertise things they do not provide. I dont think booking.com should use them because they are not good. I was going to change hotels but the guy said he wouldn't refund me, so I had to stay. Gross.

I seen a bug under my towels .. couldn't see what kind bc it was fast. Definitely a roach or bed bug ..Went behind mirror. Sprayed alcohol ... Had no wash cloths.. key card kept getting locked had to go back down several times and wait bc no one was ever at office.. website on booking said breakfast included..nope!!

Did the job for one night, wouldn’t be comfortable for more than that.

Staff seemed miserable (I mean I understand, they’re probably underpaid and treated like shit) but they just seemed unwelcoming and rude. Property was old and outdated and looked decrepit. Room seemed okay but the decrepit look made it look uninviting.

I would only stay here again if I had no other option
Pros:

While all the staff were extremely kind and accommodating, the building itself left much to be desired. Took the elevator to the third floor and when it got there, the door refused to open multiple times, had to end up using the stairs and carry all of our luggage up three floors. The mattresses were hard and filthy, even though they put clean sheets and blankets on them. The whole building was just old and in need of cleaning and remodeling.

The price was just right and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There was Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, a balloon left from a previous occupant, mildew on the shower curtain and the filter of the AC hasn't been changed since it was a smoking room. The room was damp as well

Walter is the best employee to approach with an issue. He’s fair and seems to be less bias than most of us and not afraid to tell it like it is. He’s kind and professional and I’m sure deserves more accolades than he receives.
