Pros:

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

Overall quality of the hotel could be better. Free breakfast was mainly just coffee. Linens were poor quality.

Stay Away!!!

We arrived and went to our room to find nothing except 2 beds and a lamp in the room. The floors were sticky and there were bugs in the bathroom and crawling on the towels. My young daughter was scared due to the people that kept hanging around our 2nd floor door. Several cars in the parking lot had people asleep in them and others were playing music loudly. After about 15 mins we decided to leave bc my daughter was scared. When I went to the counter and advised that room 210 would be unoccupied and that we were not
staying due to the condition of the hotel and my daughter's fears. The female clerk merely said OK, shrugged her shoulders, and walked away. No apology, no offer to refund our stay after 15 mins, and no offer to attempt any resolution. Horrible experience and we will not be back!!!

Cons:

Gap under the door, that let an immense amount of cold air in the room, elevator needs serviced, jumps when door opens. No comforter on bed, just thin sheet and thin blanket. Poor lighting in the walkways, big pot holes in parking lot, charges $50 deposit for reservation, then takes 2 weeks to get deposit back.

I felt like the clerk didn't wanna be there
Pros:

The guy at the front desk didn't seem to wanna help me at all. Our bed was small and I asked to upgrade and he said no. The lady on night's gave u an upgrade.
