There was a very loud pool pump that ran all day and night. Had to be on the fourth floor and we asked to move to another room. Did not matter was still VERY loud and uncomfortable.

It was fine. Never again.
Pros:

They served a good breakfast. However, you can’t fill up your own bottles or cups with the drinks they provide. They’ll ask you to leave and won’t let you get the breakfast you paid for.

Cons:

The staff was incredibly rude, and the location was sketchy. There were many tweakers and suspicious people around the parking lot. To top it off, they failed to inform me that I needed to be 21 to book the room after I had already reserved it. The staff almost seemed miserable.

Great staff, but property and procedures need work

Housekeeping does an excellent job.
The reception staff is very courteous and friendly.

Cons:

This visit, the Jacuzzi was blocked off and inoperable.
I stay at this location almost every weekend and usually the Jacuzzi is inundated with children and appears to be used as a kiddie pool. I have yet to use it, as the water appears milky, even in the evenings after the children leave...just like the swimming pool.
The grounds (shrubs, trees and lawn)need more care than what they are given.
The hallway security doors to the parking lot usually have bricks or rocks near them and are propped open often, making an unsafe environment as there are transients passing through the area, periodically.

The day was fine besides me not receiving my deposit and some type of discount for my inconvenience of not receiving the

I always like the price and the location because it’s close to my job

Cons:

I didn’t like how when I booked my room I was not informed that I would not be served dinner, which is complementary my key card did not work to come inside the building so I had to walk around to the front desk just to get in my room and I don’t like how this is the second time I did not receive my deposit back for booking a room

My choice every time I'm in town.
