The staff people is very nice and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner are very good

Cons:

Because smell like hummed and my husband started feeling the allergies, and the windows didn't have screens

The room was 10/10 , clean and neat exactly what we expected.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off and we lost water for about 1-2hrs

pleasant and accommodating. all staff went above and beyond in friendliness and assistance

Stay somewhere else.
Pros:

There is a very unpleasant chemical smell within the property. I believe it was bug spray. There is also a strong smell of cannabis in the hallways and elevators. The property is located in a homeless area. The homeless community were outside entrances lounging as well as all over the property. I did not feel safe at all.

Cons:

I didn’t enjoy any part of the property. My husband actually saw blood on the pavement.
