Convenient location and quiet property

Let me start by saying this is my hotel of choice when in Atlanta. But she in need of some TLC. There was a pile of trash outside my door when I arrived. The front desk young lady was kind new to her position so there was a lot of confusion at check-in and this billing but that did get rectified before I left thanks to Mr Neil As far as cleanliness it doesn’t matter what hotel I stay at nobody ever ever ever wipes off the top of the refrigerator I don’t know if the maids are short but they need to wipe off the top of the refrigerator They are in the midst of doing something in the old dining area with new flooring so for what I understand breakfast will no longer be offered which is sad but I don’t believe unlike before I had to pay for parking I have to look at my bill for that Just remember when you stay here, there is no real close food spots to go to that are really convenient. But I will be back. I love the apartment style design of the location. It’s about 40 mins from airport.

This was an absolutely miserable experience, none of the amenities were available at all. These were advertise adminities that I used to determine whether or not to stay at this hotel or some other hotel. It doesn't have a laundry center despite the ad, it doesn't have free breakfast, it doesn't have a gym, it doesn't have a pool, it doesn't have toiletries or convenience store functions except for a tiny number of them that is clearly out of stock. All of these reviews are lies because none of that stuff was here when I got here. I was told to go to a laundromat 2 mi away. I am here on business. I don't want to drive to a laundromat after work.

I should really hold them accountable for breach of contract because none of the advertise amenities that I reserved for were available when I got there. The excuses that they're going under some kind of renovation. That is still a breach of contract.

This is not the advertised three-star experience. This is not three stars. Avoid this place like the plague.

Our party had two rooms booked one room smelled like weed, both rooms were extremely dirty with stains everywhere on the carpets and walls. Carpets were worn and tattered. We did not feel safe here. We immediately checked out without unpacking. This place is more like a 1 star location if that. Not recommended. The one positive was the front desk staff was very cooperative and apologetic, with a good attitude.

Horrible stay! hotel had roaches,extremely rude staff with disgusting conditions.

All amenities were not available. The property is under construction. Trash everywhere. Cigarette burns on most of the furniture. The smell from the garbage disposal was horrible. We decided to leave a night early and can't get refunded. Other were also complaining in the lobby.

There was roaches in my hotel room and not to mention the phone in the room and the dishwasher didn't work. Otherwise it wasn't so bad. I may try them again but at a different location.

The suite was very spacious and very clean.

The 1st room was nasty and REEEEEKKKED of smoke.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The unit was disgustingly dirty and there was no clean dishes. There was dirty dishes inside the dishwasher which was broken and had build up of detergent filth and mold in the dishwasher and dishes inside of it!!!! There was cockroaches everywhere’s and stains all over the floor. I waited 5 days for clean towels and face clothes and sheets. I was there for surgery and the uncleanliness of it made my stay terrible!! I broke out in rashes due to the filth and cockroaches. It was a very unpleasant stay especially having to deal with that upon healing from surgery.

Room wasn’t cleaned at all. The tv was broken , kitchen faucet leaking water , bathroom/ bedroom sink one side didn’t work. Very disappointing being that I’ve stayed at this location before and didn’t have any problems

This is not a Sonesta 3 star hotel. Per the front desk they are in transition to a new management company. Room 1123 was disgusting. We opened the couch and trash and old food fell out. They didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed. The couch was covered and some unknown substance. The shower was corroded and rusted. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have lost faith in Expedia and Sonesta. I have pictures and neither the hotel or Expedia will take ownership of the issue. Breakfast is discontinued.
