A Pleasant Surprise!
Pros:

The room was well designed, maximizing the space and utilizing each area efficiently. The bed was comfortable, great water pressure, coffee machine with 2 packages of filtered coffee- nice place to stay!

Cons:

The parking was very tight, more accommodating to compact cars, which there were very few of.

When I booked this room, I requested the early check in through the Sonesta ES website itself for $15. I called 2 times before my date arrival and the staff said to just keep calling so on the day of my arrival I was notified I need to spend $45 for an early check in. Unreal. I still have the email of this $15 deal and they were NOT accommodating. I will never stay here again or recommend this place to any family or friends.

Also, cock roaches the size of dollar bills on the complex. Absolutely disgusting.
