A good place, will return, but will add additional $ to my expected cost because of the fees.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good, with a selection of hot and cold items and different ones each day. My room was on an upper floor, so no one overhead. It was worth climbing the stairs to have the upper floor. It was pretty quiet and spacious. All the items I needed were in the kitchen, which was nice to have when compared with other, similar hotels that are just a single bedroom. It was very clean. I liked that I could close the bedroom door on the living area.

Cons:

One downside of the room was loud water sounds from the shower in the next room! I listened to four separate showers as I was trying to go to sleep. There was also a $12 per night charge by the hotel that was not included on my booking.com reservation. They said it had something to do with a city tax. Upon googling it, I discovered it was an optional thing some hotels do and then blame on city requirements. Be aware, there is also a charge to park in the parking lot. Lots of hotels do that, but with the already high cost of a room in LA these days, the extra charge is irritating.

Excellent place, and very affordable!
Pros:

Great place to stay, comfortable beds great location and very nice staff! Breakfast was very good lot of varieties to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend this location.
