Beautiful like new
Nothing
Quiet with dual rooms.
All staff were helpful and friendly, great view and very comfortable bedding.
No complaints.
Rooms very nice. TV sound did not sync with video.
As a Reno local went to cashier to request a local discount card for restaurants. Was provided a card with my name. No instructions were given to me to get a paper ticket somewhere else. When to use the card for discount and was then told at restaurant I needed a paper ticket. I informed cashier of what occurred and was dismissed with just “ oh I’m sorry” no offer to comp a drink or show where to get the paper ticket. He was not helpful of left me with a feeling that he cared one bit.
Was very accommodating.
The security deposit takes forever to be returned if using a debit card. Which is very odd, considering I needed to pay beforehand in full.
Employees very friendly & helpful. It made a bad day, a great night
Nothing
Very little. The staff were all very nice.
Slot machines everywhere, food in restaurants very forgettable, decor in rooms dreary. TV options lousy.
Food was amazing and room was great
Not enough pillows and haven’t got local discount on room yet
Location and room
Unfriendly gestures at check in
The room was clean, but not much light. The hotel was within walking distance of the Event Center where we attended a show. All the staff we interacted with were friendly.
Hannah's Restaurant was a disappointment. The staff we interacted with was friendly and pleasant, but the kitchen failed miserably. Our dinner order got lost and we did not get to eat after a 45 minute wait because we had a show to attend. We did get our appetizer - deep fried pickles that were dripping grease and breading and rather unappetizing and not worth the cost.
The mattress was hard and we didn't get a good night's sleep. Ants showed up overnight (on the 14th floor), attracted to a salad in a sealed container.
I have stayed here before and the location is good. The beds are comfortable
I had to file an incident report because there was a problem with the hot water in my room. There was no cold water, only hot and scalding. They moved us to another room and the bed had a large blood stain on the sheets.
Location was excellent, walking the area at night was lively. Room was quiet clean and comfortable
Staff while sufficient was unhelpful. No one asked if we needed assistance, provided helpful directions or services. We were greeted then almost all those that greeted us turned immediately away so we couldn't ask for directions or felt welcomed enough to ask for assistance. There was a group of gentlemen outside stating they needed a wheelchair but were informed it would be an hour and no suggestions given on what to do, where to wait etc. Customer service was sorely lacking. When I checked in the directions to my room were very inadequate. After taking several wrong turns I got lucky and found the correct elevators.
