Close to walking to events.
The lady at the front desk when we were checking in wasn’t very nice. The first room given, the keys didn’t work. Was moved to a new room. This room looked clean at first. But when you looked closer at things, there was makeup on the phone, dust everywhere, the bathroom floor wasn’t clean, the shower didn’t drain properly & I found it was full of hair. The cabinets front wasn’t clean & the headboards were not clean. The backsplash tile wasn’t clean. The next day, the staff never came to clean the room. You get charged a deposit of $100.00 for room damage & it takes up to 10 days to get it back.
I don’t think I will be going back to the J Resort.

The AC! Very loud and turned on and off every 2 minutes! Chinese torture😆😆

Parking was awful. They need to put a gate up so that people who are paying to be there can park. Coffee pot had a used pod in it and there wasn't any new ones in the room.
Breakfast was too expensive.
My flight arrived at midnight. I had called an arranged the shuttle. The plane was a few minutes late arriving and the guy called and said I had 5 minutes to be there or he was leaving. I told him the plane was on the ground and pulling up to the terminal and he left anyway. Later when I checked in I observed him doing nothing standing around by the check in counter. Horrible rude customer service. Especially after a long day of travel. If I would not have paid for the room I would have gotten in a different casinos shuttle that was sitting there waiting.

Hotel shut off water from 12 am to 7 am which was ridiculous. And the water in the morning was muddy and barely warm. Planning an early start would have been impossible. This is unacceptable.
