A szállás előre ki lett fizetve majdnem 1 héttel, ennek ellenére a recepciós hölgy azt mondta hogy a fizetés nincs rendezve, így újra ki kellett fizetnünk. Amin nagyon meglepődtünk, hogy hiába mutattuk a nyugtát róla amit e-mailben kaptunk a fizetésről, és magát a levonást a kártyán, arra nem volt hajlandó hogy rá nézzen és legalább utána járjon. 2 napot szálltunk meg, első alkalommal 195$ fizettünk, a helyszínen 300$-al károsítottak meg minket, mondván hogy fizessünk újra. Őszintén elment arra a 2 napra a kedvünk, tudjuk hogy turisták vagyunk és minket nyugodtan át lehet verni, illetve azt mondták az ügyfélszolgálaton hogy ne panaszkodjunk amíg ott vagyunk, mert a levont összeget nem utalják vissza, vagy kiraknak minket erőszakkal. Az biztos hogy többet ide nem jövünk, és senkinek nem fogjuk ajánlani. Maga a szállással nem volt probléma, csak azzal hogy Európai turistákat húznak le azzal a dumával hogy fizessék ujra ki azt amit már előre megtettek. Egy kedves úriember az utolsó napon volt olyan kedves hogy meghallgatott, amit az előző fiatal hölgy fapofaval halhatott végig és ránk se nezett. A levont összeg végül vissza került a kartyara, ezúton is szeretném köszönni az úrnak. Kedves Hölgy, neked azt üzenem hogy máskor ne próbálj átverni turistákat, egyelőre mi fizetünk téged és ha nem lenne foglalás, neked se lenne munkád, és máskor tiszteld meg a vendéget hogy a szemébe nézel mikor kérdez és végig hallgatod.

The casino has lost of potential but its the part that gave me wanting to stay was the decent price per night. Other than that dinner shoulda had discount of the ppl that stayed the night. I would have ate and gambled all at once. Also a small arcade would have been the cherry on top. I love that its a non smoking room. Beatiful rooms and great hotel. The elevator key was a drag. They stopped working and had to get a new set twice ,had to go back n fourth.

Cons:

Better priced dinner or discounts for ppl that stayed theyre would have made my stay great and better convenience to stay longer instead of going to other casinos. A small arcade would be great. Employees we so great and the casino is awsome.
