They never let me know they had a concert that my room window faced . I have yet to receive my deposit
My room was facing a concert outside
"Carlos" in valet , very accommodating getting us on a provided shuttle to go home at 3AM. Guest services were happy to provide us 2 extra blankets for the chilly eves AND the shuttle driver "Jessie" was fantastic, No complaints he was on time and friendly for 3 am! Breakfast special 11.99 , 2 eggs, 2 Big pancakes and 2 baconstrips or sausage patties were a terrific way to start the day at a reasonable expense! THANK YOU ALL!! DALE N EVA BARTELMEY
Nothing bad to say
Great location, clean and spacious . The restaurant was reasonable and of good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close covered parking garage was a plus.

everything very fresh and clean. Loved the extra table that pulled out!
the room was spacious
there wasn't daily service for clean towels, trash removal or anything. Had to call housekeeping to bring and remove used towels and discard trash. In which the trash had to be gathered up by me and they handed me clean liners to put back in the trash cans.

Housekeeping did not clean our room when I called them. I had to go to registration desk to complain, then they cleaned it.
Not enough hangers in the room. No handicap grab bars in the bathroom/shower/tub areas.
Main floor didn't have any lounge area to relax, you had to sit at a slot machine chair. All other casinos we visited had them.
Hanna's Restaurant, all the food tasted the same, no flavor. We won't be staying at J Resort in the future.
