Pros:

De kamer zag er prachtig uit en de locatie was ideaal.

Cons:

De check-in was niet heel vriendelijk.

De kamer was incompleet. Er miste handdoeken.

Daarnaast hadden we een kamer naast de lift. Het leek wel alsof we in de liftschacht sliepen.

Slecht hotel.

Pros:

The comfort of the bed. We needed extra towels house keeping was efficient in getting the service done.

Cons:

My only disappointment was the shower not so, clean and not fit for a senior who can't raise their leg as high as the tub.

Cons:

The front desk clerk didn’t tell us what floor our room was on. We didn’t know 1004 meant 10th floor.
So we asked Guest Services and she said “she thinks” it’s the 10th floor but wasn’t sure.
The room had hair in the bath tub.
The room didn’t tell us how to check out, for example, just leave the keys in the room or go to the front desk, so we went to the desk.
No one asked if we needed a cart for all our luggage.
