Pros:

Good breakfast clean room friendly evening staff

Cons:

Someone gave my room to someone else I needed the room with a handicap bathroom when i got to the hotel it was not there for me the morning staff was about as friendly as a brick. I had booked a room that was accessible due to my wheelchair

Pros:

The kids at the counter at check in was very nice. The hot tub was clean!

Cons:

The initial room they gave us was dirty. Ask of the linens eyes pulled up on the bed and desk. They had to move is to a clean room.

I made my reservation through booking.com at my level, when I got there they told me I either had to cancel for $67 or pay a charge that they added. I've stayed here before and they've never done that. I really didn't have a choice because they were right next to the hospital and I was having a test the next day. I will never stay here again because when I make a reservation at booking.com I expect to get that price when I get to the hotel. I have never had this happen to me before.

Nastiness..
Pros:

Aside from 1 lady and 1 incident, staff was pretty good. Good beds and blankets and restrooms and rooms were clean and in good order. Breakfast was okay. Wifi connection was okay. There is a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room, also a laundry room.

Cons:

Staff was okay until the boss lady decided to gripe at me, disrespect me and proceed to talk about me to other customers during breakfast over waffles sticking and burning. I was warned by another customer about the issue as I personally had to remove left burned waffle from waffle maker before proceeding to make my own. I was blamed for the issue by the lady at the front desk to another customer. The burning waffles issue was never resolved through my stay. Was forced to checkout before an apology was given. No meats for breakfast and juices were quite watery. Staff refused to clean nasty greenish and slimy hot tub and a nasty filter was left out for more than 24 hours near by. Gross layer on top of water last day and greener. Soap dispenser out in 1 room, 2 separate rooms had drawers that wouldn't stay shut. Roaches found in 3 different bathrooms and keys kept getting deactivated. 2 weighted balls in fitness room completely cracked and broken and weights were only 10 lbs and up.

The beds & bedding. The dispensers in the shower.

Cons:

Both different rooms but both had drawers that wouldn't stay closed and found roaches in bathrooms. Also the wifi would barely connect.
