The pool, patio, and greens are a great way to spend the day just hanging out

Cons:

The rooms are clearly old with a fresh coat of paint but the doors stick and the bathroom didn't have a fan. There is no closet and the coffee station is in the bathroom.

Nice place, overpriced.
Pros:

Nice location. Good facilities. Easy to park.

Cons:

$125 fee for one night for a small dog is insane, and honestly it’s not right. Food is highly overpriced. I would not stay here again.

Trendy hotel with a great lobby and public area for an extremely low price!
Pros:

We booked this very last minute for a one night stay in Flagstaff. The prices was extremely reasonable and the decor and amenities blew us away. You can definitely tell that they revamped an older motel, but they did an amazing job and it felt quite luxurious.

Cons:

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I also think that the hot tub was not functioning when we were there.

My shower wasn't the best with hot water and my neighbors for 2 nights smoked awful weed.

I liked this place but didn't love it.
Pros:

I liked the ease of parking near the room.

Cons:

The choice of Vietnamese pour-over coffee, while trendy, was terrible. The filter bags ripped easily and did not stay in place, resulting in a cup full of grounds.

We stay here before and after every Grand Canyon river float trip.
Pros:

Almost everything you could want is walkable from the HCML. Value is decent, place is a gentrified, fixer upper and cute. Products (tea, coffee, soap) are premium and a nice touch. Water pressure is exceptional!

Cons:

Housekeeping let soap run out of shower on our first stay. We never got it filled. Tape player was broken in room. Little things, but kind of large too.
