My pillows sucked
Clean room, front desk for check in was nice. Room was cool when we arrived. Check out was quick and easy. The bike path and water front was a nice easy, close walk.
Parking was a little confusing at first. The view from our bedroom was the garbage area for the restaurant next door. There wasn't much communication with the staff regarding the area. The location was a little farther from downtown, or a little less convenient than it looked, but wasn't terrible. It's a 35-40 min walk to downtown. Not many amenities were around the close area besides the restaurant.

Staff was professional
My guest paid over $145 for parking for less than 8 hours. This is price gouging and I intend to report Booking to the RI Department of Consumer Protection and Attorney General. The hotel hallways smell disgustingly stuffy like old carpets. This is really bad considering I paid $340 for one night stay. Overall this hotel is overcharging and underdelivering
