The hotel is obviously older but still well maintained for the most part. It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was very affordable.
The room was ok except the floors were dirty. We stayed in a pet friendly room by the outdoor pet area. There’s a dumpster over there covered in rats. None were in the room, but still unsettling when taking our dogs outside.
Being it's a motel and not a hotel, having such a large gap under the door to the outside definitely let outside air come in. The bathroom was small and the shower faucet was falling apart. The road noise was very loud coming into the room. The continental breakfast was atrocious and scary. Ended up going to a gas station to get coffee and something small to eat.
The room was old and in poor to average condition. The breakfast was missing juice (machine appeared broken) and fruit. Fellow guests were rude talking on the balcony outside my room in the 1am-3am timeframe. My room was not cleaned or towels changed out in the 3 days of my stay.
The sink drain was clogged.
property overall was pretty run down looking, dead bugs in the corners of the room, left over stubble in corner of sink, huge bulging patch on the ceiling, and the pool looked so gross we decided not to use it. I woke in the middle of the night thinking there was a tornado or hail storm, but it was just the extreme racket the air-conditioner made!
Breakfast was decent, but understocked.
I would spend a couple extra dollars to go somewhere nicer.
Even though it is on the main drag, which meant it was easy to find, the place is very quiet & chill. The back of the property looks out over a nice park & good sunset views.
Rooms nicely updated, but some trash and Cigarettes around the doorway. Clean lobby and breakfast room.
The staff, specifically the person who checked us, in was wonderful! He was very friendly and super helpful. The hotel room itself was clean, but dated. Overall, a good stay.
The gentleman up front was very kind when we checked in, as was the woman helping at breakfast. Unfortunately the room was dirty and smelly. We found bugs all over the floor. The bed was hard as a rock. The fridge smelled awful and was full of mold. Not a good stay.
Good place to crash
Our room was clean however there were no toiletries at all in the room. Luckily we had brought our own.
Lovely option for this windy locale! The outdoor pool was great in the heat of summer-there is not enough outdoor seating at the pool but the pool itself was great. The location is wonderful with a lovely park just past the pool.
Staff were amazing, room clean and tidy, quiet area, bed comfortable
First room was pretty much not cleaned, looked like pet food pellets and grass on the floor, bathroom was covered in hair, was a used chewed toothpick on the desk by the light. Called front desk, they moved us from a king room to a queen room, the Second room was considerably cleaner, but still sketchy at best, had to plug in the TV and refrigerator, so the fridge wasn't cold enough to put anything in to keep overnight. The PTAC (air conditioner) unit vibrated so bad that I had to wedge a chair into it to make the noise stop. It worked, but was terribly noisy. Breakfast: hot waffles, because we made them right then. Eggs, sausage, and gravy were not even luke warm. I will not stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay. Clean and the beds were comfortable.
The second floor walkway above our room looked unstable from rust and wear and tear. Killed 1 bug in room heard the cricket all night singing at the bottom of door jam a hole there. It came out once but couldn’t get it with my shoe So not much sleep
Room was dirty and torn up. Looked like college students had a party in there. Bathtub was gross and tile was torn up. Sheets were dirty as well.
Easy from I 70, quiet area and comfy
Poor housekeeping (dirty wash cloth left in shower), tile falling off shower wall, TV did not work, bug in bed.
