There was no pool and the website hasn’t been updated with that information
I was not able to stay because of a 500.00 deposit for being a local that I was not informed of at the time of making the reservation, I was told of the deposit when I was checking in. I really feel that it was because of my race because the person at the counter got the sign from under the counter after he found out that I lived here in Davenport. That’s why it wasn’t posted on the reservation site because it didn’t pertain to all guest. My wife is white and she went in the next day to get a room and she is local and she was not asked to deposit 500.00. We did not stay in the hotel just wanted to see if she would be asked to post a 500.00 deposit. We never stay in this hotel ever again and will let others know not to stay they
Clean and close to hospital
Entry doors could be automatic for less strain with luggage. Overhang would protect from the rain, sleet or snow.
The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious.
The beds were not comfortable
Very clean room (even smelled clean!), good breakfast, friendly staff.
Having read a few years ago that this place was being renovated, I expected it to be done by now. It is not. It’s still under construction. There’s a huge pile of ripped up concrete in front. No lobby to speak of. Not much pride of ownership here.
Loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are new with comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was great - fresh berries for my yogurt! I appreciated how clean everything was.
Renovated, modern spaces!
The room was very nice and roomy! Comfortable.
The location was under a renovation. It was not a good thing to stay at that time. Was unaware it was going on? I waited 15 minutes before someone helped me to check in.
Breakfast not very good. Coffee tepid, English muffins dry/old. Eggs tasteless.
The construction situation…our family rented 4 rooms but were not aware of the construction when we booked rooms. The clerk who registered us at check in was very difficult to understand due to accent.
The room was very large with full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the property was spotless.
There was builders on site which I thought would be a problem but our room was very far away and we heard nothing !
New updated construction
NO POOL! And most importantly almost certain I left my camera in room 121 where we stayed Saturday night and left early Sunday morning. Called Monday morning and they said the room hasn’t even been cleaned yet? I’m certain I left the camera there and really need it back.
Room itself was very nice and comfortable.
When we pulled up it looked like a construction site. Outside was being redone and I think they should mention this on booking sites. Very uninviting as was the young woman who checked us in.
