Pros:

За свою цену просто отличное место! очень комфортно, как будто дома, совсем недалеко от центра, с хорошим обслуживанием и доброжелательной хозяйкой

Нормально, только плесень в номере была и шумно от дороги.
Pros:

Номер вроде и нормальный, но требуется ремонт. Было чисто, встретили хорошо. Постельное, полотенца чистые.

The treatment from the woman working there is very bad. She does not help and does not listen to anyone.

The bed sheets are not changed even when requested, and she complains about it.

The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The pillows, blankets, and towels are very old and show clear signs of heavy use.

Пожалуйста, хотя бы обеспечьте номер предметами первой необходимости.
Cons:

Кондиционер не обогревал, в номере было холодно, отсутствовали предметы первой необходимости для гигиены (одноразовая зубная щётка и паста, одноразовые тапочки, салфетки).
И поскольку номер смотрел на шоссе, было очень шумно.

Очень довольна этим отелем, несколько раз продлевала проживание, здесь чисто, уютно, хороший доброжелательный персонал и самое главное, недорого. Рядом остановка, откуда можно почти на любом автобусе или троллейбусе доехать до центра. Рекомендую настоятельно, благодарю директора и персонал и желаю процветания и всего наилучшего!
