O café da manhã é agradável, com comida boa, e em alguns momentos há música ao vivo com saxofone, o que foi realmente muito legal. A sauna, porém, precisa de manutenção.

Experiência decepcionante – quartos sem condições de uso

Ficamos hospedados no Hotel Celi em família, em Aracaju, por ocasião de um casamento. Reservamos dois quartos: um para mim, meu marido e meu filho, e outro para minha sogra, que ficaria com nosso filho enquanto íamos ao evento. Pagamos mais de R$ 600,00 a diária, esperando um padrão minimamente condizente com o valor — o que infelizmente não aconteceu.

Ao chegarmos ao primeiro quarto, o cenário foi chocante:

banheiro extremamente sujo, com fios de cabelo preto embolados (sendo que somos todos loiros na família);

cantos escuros, rejunte do banheiro encardido, cortinas sujas;

chão úmido, controle do ar-condicionado completamente preto de sujeira;

e, ao olhar embaixo da cama, uma quantidade absurda de poeira.
Além disso, o MDF dos quartos estava todo estufado, evidenciando falta de manutenção antiga.

Pedimos a troca e, ao todo, fomos realocados três vezes. Infelizmente, os três quartos apresentavam o mesmo padrão: extremamente sujos, velhos e sem qualquer cuidado de manutenção. Como não queríamos ficar longe da turma do casamento, optamos por não trocar de hotel, mas tivemos que supervisionar pessoalmente a funcionária da limpeza para que o quarto ficasse minimamente habitável — algo totalmente inadmissível para um hotel desse porte e valor.

Outro ponto crítico: nenhuma tomada era de 20A, apenas 10A. Isso dificultou inclusive me arrumar para o casamento, pois não consegui ligar nem um babyliss na tomada. Foi um verdadeiro caos em um momento que deveria ser tranquilo.

Cons:

Só um detalhe quanto a academia, deixo como sugestão a pilotagem dos vidros onde fica de frete para o sol, como se trata de uma vista para a praia poderiam colocar a pilotagem transparente mas que não deixa a temperatura aumentar ou um isulfilme minimamente fumê.
