On call, 24/7 shuttle
Pros:

The on-call shuttle from PWM - 24/7. Pick up from the airport was very prompt (10 pm); return shuttle to airport to pick up the rental car the next day … well we had to cool our hills while the front desk pulled some staff person from their other duties. At 15 minutes at a bit before 10 am.
The hot breakfast bar was good, with a made-to-order omelette station.

Cons:

The price … but we paid for space, such as a kitchenette, that we simply did not need. Ours was a late night arrival/ return to airport to pick up rental car the next morning situation.

Comfortable, hospitable, quiet and nice location
Pros:

Staff was extremely accommodating and hospitable. Housekeeping did a great job in the rooms. Breakfast choices were great and there were different options on some days.

Have stayed here before, will stay again!
Pros:

Clean rooms, we didn’t get breakfast because we met family elsewhere, and the pool was wonderful. I’d get a suite next time for a bit more room and a cooktop, but everything was great for our family!

Cons:

The digital key only working for our room, not for the pool/fitness area.

Relaxing, comfortable, I gained a few pounds.
Pros:

Your suites are superior to standard fare with the separate sitting area, bigger fridges, comfortable furniture, and nice TV's.
Breakfast buffet is always excellent!

One, we checked in our room, seemed clean.My wife went into the bathroom and someone had pooped in the toilet and left it there. Told front desk and he promptly move us. But the next room had a bug on the wall, no soap, but sinks in no shampoo in the shower. Also, it was happier, the bartender downstairs was nowhere to be found, and then when she did show up very unattentive. I have stayed here before and it was fine. But this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had anywhere.
