I booked on my time off from work. I'm from California but in Portland for work, so on my off days I stayed at the hotel. It was excellent, enjoyed every bit of it, especially the happy hours 2 free cocktails.
The hours for the free cocktail was a bit too early.
Proximity to airport. Exceptionally clean. Good price.

The room was very nice
There were 3 domestic disturbances in the room across from us on a Saturday am starting at 6 am and then the cops came at 7 am and woke us up again yelling in the hall and then we had to call the front desk at 9 am because a man was knocking on the room across from us for over a half an hour and the cops had to come again. The night before the fire department had to take a door off of the next rooms bathroom because a lady fell so just not very relaxing to say the least
Very clean room, great airport shuttle, nice breakfast.
Staff at front desk for late night check in appeared overwhelmed when we were among 4 parties at front desk simultaneously.
It's a great hotel
Your information was impossible to find. I had to cancel and could not receive any help. Ai was useless.
Very clean
Very clean
Check in was prompt.
The room was more than adequate for my needs.
The check out clerk was pleasant.
The shuttle person was helpful.
The check-in clerk did not smile even once. His demeanor was not pleasant at ALL.
When I requested long term parking I mentioned that "Booking.com" listed it as $13.00/day. He blandly said it's $15.00. OK, I understand that there's a discrepancy but, really, no fake apology even? Then when he said I had to pay for parking even when paying to stay overnight that is just not right. I asked him to be sure, "You mean, if I were to just stay overnight I would not have to pay for that night's parking, but I pay to leave my car here beyond that 1 night, I have to pay to park that overnight plus each additional day?" He blandly said you pay for 7 days. Good grief. That just not seem right to have to pay to stay overnight. I checked in at 4:00 PM Wed and checked out at 4:00 AM Thurs. The car was parked 12/3-12/9.
The lights in the ceiling over the sink didn't work. The shower door made a strange noise when sliding open/closed. It would not stay closed but slid open a few inches.
The decaf coffee tasted like mud.
Other than those issues, it was pleasant. It was nice to be able to adjust the heater in each side of the suite.
Also, is there a optional "perk" for those who do not partake of the free drink during happy hour?
When I booked this stay I was looking for a hotel near downtown and the water, instead I got a hotel right next to the airport. This is the single most disappointing hotel stay I’ve had, and I traveled for work for 10 years and have quite a bit of experience with hotels.
The booking process led me to believe I was staying at a hotel near the downtown area, instead the hotel was at the airport.
Any staff we interacted with was very nice, and the hotel was within 10 mins from everything.
Unfortunately the room sucked. Both lightbulbs in the lamps were burnt and would not turn on. The room was obviously picked up and “cleaned” but there were hairs in the shower, and the shower specifically was obviously not cleaned at all. I HAD to use the shower but was so disgusted. Definitely not worth $450 for one night.
Great window view
Could not get tv in bedroom to turn off with device. Ended up t it i stead. Laundry room had messy floor
Location was fine. Didn’t eat breakfast.
Very tired hotel. Overpriced for the quality.
