Pros:

Clean rooms, we didn’t get breakfast because we met family elsewhere, and the pool was wonderful. I’d get a suite next time for a bit more room and a cooktop, but everything was great for our family!

Cons:

The digital key only working for our room, not for the pool/fitness area.

Relaxing, comfortable, I gained a few pounds.
Pros:

Your suites are superior to standard fare with the separate sitting area, bigger fridges, comfortable furniture, and nice TV's.

One, we checked in our room, seemed clean.My wife went into the bathroom and someone had pooped in the toilet and left it there. Told front desk and he promptly move us. But the next room had a bug on the wall, no soap, but sinks in no shampoo in the shower. Also, it was happier, the bartender downstairs was nowhere to be found, and then when she did show up very unattentive. I have stayed here before and it was fine. But this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had anywhere.

Pros:

NEVER NEVER NEVER book with this hotel. Tried to cancel a one night stay and spent 15 minutes going in circles with a representative who could barely speak english only to be told it was past the cancelation period. I was charged the full $600.

A great experience
Pros:

Our flight was cancelled at PWM and we desperately needed a room late at night. Embassy suites came through for us. Even though they were swamped, the staff was courteous and attentive.

I want to especially acknowledge Branden. A true professional who really stepped up. Embassy suites is fortunate to have him on their team.

I would highly recommend.

Comfortable Family Stay Close to Downtown Portland
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel well before the scheduled check-in time, and the front desk staff were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated.

As an airport hotel, the property is extremely convenient, located just a one-minute drive from PWM Airport. We stayed in a double-room suite that featured a bedroom with a queen bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. Although the suite had a single shared bathroom connecting the living room and bedroom, there was still plenty of space for the four of us and all our luggage.

Our room offered a pleasant view overlooking the airport. The breakfast buffet, which was included in our package, had a good selection of items, along with made-to-order options. The hotel also has a large parking lot with spacious parking spots.

Another advantage is the location—it is only about a 10-minute drive from downtown Portland and many of the city’s major attractions.

The only drawback was the elevator, which felt somewhat outdated and slow for a Hilton property. That said, the hotel itself was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would gladly consider staying here again.

Great hotel!
Pros:

I love Embassy Suites! The rooms are cozy, large and clean. The breakfast is always very tasty and filling. The staff is excellent. A young woman named Isabella helped me so much. I was very grateful as my travel day had been so stressful.
