This was a great place for us to stay for one night as it’s close to the airport
Pros:

We only stayed one night, the front desk clerk at check in was very nice and was accommodating to our needs. Our room was clean and served our needs. We didn’t stay longer enough for breakfast.

Severe property neglect
Pros:

Our recent hotel stay was extremely disappointing. We reported multiple issues on the first day, including a shower door that slid open while in use and a bedroom air conditioning unit that was not working. These problems were not addressed promptly.
When the shower door issue was eventually handled, dirt and debris from the repair were left behind on the shower floor and never cleaned up, which was frustrating and unacceptable. In addition, the room itself was very dusty, and we found a significant amount of trash under the bed, raising serious concerns about housekeeping standards.
We were also disappointed to be charged a parking fee, which we do not feel should apply to Hilton Diamond members. Overall, the hotel has become dated and shows clear signs of neglect, both in maintenance and cleanliness.
This property used to be our go-to hotel when flying into Portland, ME, but based on this experience, we will be looking for a different property when planning future trips.

Family night
Pros:

Location was good easy to get to the room was nice sized shower was warm loved the separate sitting area

Cons:

There was some things that seemed they needed updating in the bathroom and the pool water was really cloudy and it was freezing in the pool area

The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful; the loud noise disrupted sleep.

Cons:

Loud noise all night from either heater or other thing that I could not adjust. I had to put my iphone earphones on in order to get to sleep.

The staff was fantastic.

Cons:

I booked a room for 6 people. I thought it would be a bit more spacious. Also, I chose this place because it had a pool, a child for sick in the pool and we were never able to swim. Not the establishments fault but still was disappointing.

It was easy and felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Shuttle from airport was very easy. Breakfast was good- made to order omelets!

Cons:

Breakfast hours did not last long and if you miss breakfast you can’t even get a coffee in the hallway. They offered drinks in the hallway but no coffee.
