3.50 erros for a small can of coke. Barely watm water for my showing. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. And to top.it off I was chewed up by some kind of bug on my ankles amd elbos

First of all the rooms are nothing like those presented in pictures, the breakfast is absolutely nothing like in the pictures. Breakfast was horrible. Only in italy this is a 4 star hotel...anywhere else its a 2 star at best.
