Struttura ben tenuta, attenzione al cliente migliorabile
Pros:

L'hotel è una struttura storica che ha saputo conservare elementi di valore e parti più moderne, si nota sia nelle stanze che nelle aree comuni. Il letto era molto comodo e la struttura molto silenziosa.

Cons:

Avevo scelto la suite su 2 livelli, per poi ritrovarmi in una stanza soppalcata con una scala difficile da percorrere per quanto stretta e senza mancorrente. Mancava inoltre la possibilità di controllare la temperatura della camera.
Al piano terra c'è un bar che però è stato chiuso per tutto l'orario dell'aperitivo e del dopo cena.
A colazione (ore 8:30) non c'era più nulla: ho visto che c'era stato un gruppo numeroso poco prima, ma il personale invece di rifornire il buffet ha preferito spolverarlo e passare la spugna...
Penso si possa dedicare qualche attenzione in più al cliente.

Muy cómodo en Parma
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia y confortable. Todos los servicios y comodidades necesarias. Bien situado entre el centro y la estación de tren. Cómodo para moverse andando por Parma. Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Un poco complicado moverse por el hotel, y a nosotros por cualquier camino nos tocaba un pequeño tramo de escaleras.

Pros:

La posizione centrale ma vicina alla stazione.

Cons:

Il WiFi era di una lentezza inaccetabile. Non so se è stata una cosa temporanea, ma la sera in cui c'ero io il collegamento era talmente lento da essere inutilizzabile.

Hotel in posizione centrale, facile da raggiungere in auto e con grande parcheggio multipiano di fronte . Camera calda, pulita ed accogliente, con parquet, letto comodo. Reception efficiente e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

Solo una cosa. Il bagno è dotato di vasca con doccino. Il corrugato è corto e le guarnizioni non tengono più. Farsi la doccia non è comodo. Rimediare a questo piccolo inconveniente è facilissimo.
