Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, and the location also. Staff were very nice and they helped me with a working station at daytime.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard according to my taste and it was hard to cool down the room in the evening.

Buen hotel, pero una decepción la habitación
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel eran bonitas. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque echamos de menos que no te hicieran el café como suele ser habitual en Italia. La cama era cómoda y tenía varias almohadas. Buena insonorización.

Cons:

La habitación era minúscula, en especial el baño. Además, necesitaba arreglos (la puerta de la ducha no cerraba, el agua se salía por arriba y salpicaba todo por fuera, la mini estantería que había para dejar los neceseres estaba desvencijada...). Pasamos calor, a pesar de que apagaron la calefacción como habíamos solicitado porque en el resto del edificio estaba excesivamente alta. El hotel no estaba lleno nos dieron una de las peores habitaciones que tenían dentro de la categoría reservada.

Staff gentile. Camera carina.

Cons:

Camera ovrebbe essere un pò riammodernato. E dovrebbero pulire un pò meglio essendo categoria 4 stelle. Il letto piccolo del ragazzino era scomodo e troppo morbido il materasso.

La colazione buona un pò più di scelta magari frutta fresca e biscottini etc in più.

Pros:

Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città, molto carina, pulita e personale gentile.
Colazione variegata e tutto molto buono.

Cons:

Unico neo il phon, vecchio stile, un pò scomodo, che spesso si spegneva, come se non fosse abbastanza carico. Comunque solo un piccolo dettaglio, niente di che.
