Struttura vecchia, bagno inagibile, rumori notturni di continuo. Uno spritz è stato fatto pagare 15 € +5 euro di supplemento servizio in camera chiamato alle 10:15 per una camomilla c’è stato risposto che il servizio BAR chiudeva alle nove vergognosi.

Sina Maria Luigia is a fine hotel and I would stay there again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was clean (with one exception), lounge was open and spacious. Breakfast was top quality. Sheets and towels were sparklingly clean. Excellent location, easy walking distance from the railway station in one direction and the old city centre in the other direction. The hotel spreads through several attached buildings, giving its internal spaces a lot of charm and character; I am not fond of production-line hotels where every room is identical the world over, and this is definitely not one of those!

Cons:

There were a few imperfections that kept this from being a 5-star rating from me:
First, there was a bit of mould on the tile grouting in the shower stall; a little bleach would take care of it.
Two of the 3 bath towels and one of the 3 bath mats had holes in them; very surprising.
The shaving mirror in the bathroom hung loosely: all it needed was for the screws at each of the joints to be tightened.

Positivo, ma migliorabile.
Pros:

Ho apprezzato posizione dell'hotel, colazione ricca e buona, spazio in camera e disponibilità dello staff.

Cons:

Da migliorare assolutamenteb il wi-fi, e anche la gestione dello stesso, tutti devono essere in grado di poter intervenire (chiunque sia in reception) in ogni momento, per provare a risolvere la situazione se viene segnalato un malfunzionamento (soprattutto in un business hotel).
