Perfect location, confortable room and good breakfast. There is a kettle in the room,not usual in Italy.

Cons:

Decor of the room might be a bit dated but it is also a matter of personal taste.

Situation Pratique , hôtel propre mais pas cher pour le confort donné

La situation proche du Duomo. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité . Parties communes de l’hôtel agréables

Cons:

Personnel froid. Deco vieillotte de la chambre, pas assez de cintres ni de prises, pas de machine à café (sachet en poudre et gobelet en carton) . Salle de bain toute petite, pas de prise électrique donc obligée de se sécher les cheveux dans la chambre et douche cassée…

Despite having an open conversation about parking in the area, I learned about the road blocks due to the marathon only when I arrived. I would have probably arranged parking and travel slightly differently having known that in advance. The staff tried to convince me that it’s no problem since I’m young, as it would be relevant to the inconvenience of this situation. I should’ve checked myself obviously but the staff didn’t seem to be bothered that this may influence the plans or cause inconvenience, well.

Pros:

Il portiere all'ingresso è stato veramente efficiente e gentile. La strada di accesso all'hotel era momentaneamente bloccata. Ci ha accompagnati nella piazza adiacente e ha in pochi minuti trovato un taxi.
Raramente ho trovato in un albergo una persona così premurosa e gentile.

Det som dro ned vår opplevelse var at det var SVÆRT varmt på rommet, og vi fikk da beskjed om at sesongen for aircondition ikke startet før om 10 dager. Det betyr at systemet her må være svært gammeldags, om det ikke er mulig å regulere temperatur oftere enn to ganger i året, og individuelt på hvert rom. Det var 25 grader og sol ute, og meget varmt på rommet. Vinduet måtte stå åpent hele natta, og det var veldig mye støy fra gata. Det er mye arbeid som foregår om natta her tydeligvis.

Amazing location, friendly design and overall helpful staff.
Pros:

I liked that there were gluten free options available for breakfast as a regular thing, we didn’t have to ask in advance. I loved the location, as it was a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. When we had a problem with the door, there was staff that helped us fix it ASAP, at night!

Cons:

The receptionist staff didn’t know how to use the-apparently- new system. We had to check in twice because of that, and they tried to charge me for the room even though it was paid in advance, fully.
