L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Milan

Cons:

Petit couac avec le personnel du ménage ! Ca ne sert à rien de leur demander de faire la chambre en priorité car nous avons un petit chien et nous voulions que la chambre soit faite pour que l’on puisse le laisser et nous, visiter la ville ! La cheffe des femmes de ménage n’a rien voulu savoir !!! Même en demandant à la réception ! Elle a obligé la femme de ménage à faire les chambres dans l’ordre… . Truc de dingue ! du coup chambre faite à 14h30 !!!
Dommage car le reste du personnel est très serviable !

Perfect location and helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect. Very close to Dumo square and city center. Very nice breakfast and great atmosphere. Spa was nice. Definitely would stay again.

Pros:

Great location. Clean property with a pool. Room are air conditioned which was fantastic as the temp outside was 37degrees. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy to get taxi. Breakfast included which was also great.

Cons:

Rooms very small, Gym small also.

L'emplacement à proximité de la cathedrale et de la Scala.

Cons:

Le restaurant pour le soir fermé mais mentionné sur le site booking. Les grosses tâches sur les murs de la chambre (photos à disposition de booking). La vue sur une cour intérieure où se trouvent entre 20 et 30 gros climatiseurs bruyants.
