Everything elegant, tasteful and personnel are very professional and welcoming. Bedroom super comfortable and warm (during a very cold and snowy week).

We were 2 couples and had executive rooms which were spacious with very comfortable beds.
We celebrated my husband's birthday in Paris and they had balloons and champagne in the room at arrival. Bathroom is gorgeous and had both tub and shower. Staff is so welcoming and friendly.
Chapeau bas to Hugo the concierge for great recommendations. We also used their chauffeur service for a fee from and back to the airport which was amazing. Can't wait to go back to Paris and will definitely stay there!!!!

Very good hotel. Amazing service and the rooms are great. Nice bed and shower is incredible. Also the people are very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast area and the locations of the hotel is in the middle of the system, but you don’t hear a lot of noise.

For our 2-night stay in Paris, we reserved accommodations at Hotel Vernet, perfectly located in the heart of the Champs-Élysées.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful hotel filled with warmth, elegance, and incredibly kind staff. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, impeccably decorated, and created such a comforting atmosphere. Truly, this may be the best hotel experience we’ve ever had in Paris.

The hospitality stood out immediately, one of the staff members even ran up six flights of stairs after he accompanied us to the stunning, golden elevator that led us to our suite.

From the soft, luxurious beds and the well-laid-out room to the two balconies, premium amenities, exquisite toiletries, and even multiple plug-in adapters thoughtfully placed on the desk, every detail was considered. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our short but special two-day stay in Paris.

Thank you, Hotel Vernet, for your exceptional hospitality and for making this weekend one we will never forget. This is truly a hotel that should never be overlooked. We will definitely be coming back!

The location is unbeatable. Tucked just steps from the Champs-Élysées yet wonderfully quiet, it offered easy access to everything while still feeling like a peaceful retreat in the heart of Paris.

Hotel Vernet is a true gem. I would absolutely return and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an elegant, comfortable, and memorable Parisian stay.

The hotel started getting outdated need a renovation ASAP but the concierge is good breakfast wasnt enought actually!!!

The staff were great and could not have been any better. The only issue was the bed in room 301 could have been more plush, it was very stiff for my liking.

This was my third stay at Hotel Vernet, and it's as good as ever, which is saying a whole heckuva lot. The location is superb: One block over from the Champs Elysees, but on a one-way street so quiet you'd never guess what was one street over. The welcoming feeling from EVERY staff member envelops you the moment you enter the lobby. The breakfasts are superb. The room is ;aid out beautifully and the tub is to die for. Can't wait to come back.

There’s no better value for a 5-star hotel in Paris. Beautiful room, attentive professional service, good romantic bar, and beautiful dining room. Conceirge, front desk, and dining staff all fluent in English and quite capable. Perfect location: just a stone’s toss from everything luxe but still chill.

The hotel was beautiful. It was centrally located and easy to get to all the best sites. The staff was very accommodating and did everything they could to make sure we and our sons felt special. I would highly recommend to anyone and especially for families - a gem!

I am posting this review as a warning to future guests.
On November 13th, an unauthorized €1,200 charge appeared under Hôtel Vernet’s name. I contacted the hotel immediately. Aside from a single generic reply saying my request was “forwarded to a colleague,” the hotel has completely ignored all further communication.

No explanation, no update, no investigation — absolutely nothing.

This level of silence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one in this category.

While reviewing other guests’ experiences online, I noticed multiple reviews mentioning missing or stolen items during their stay, with the hotel denying any responsibility. After my own experience with an unexplained charge and zero communication, I unfortunately have to say that these concerns now feel much more believable.

Because the hotel refuses to provide clarity, I have had to:

• Report the transaction to my bank,
• Notify my travel agency,
• Consider escalating the case to the relevant authorities.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise travelers to be very cautious with their payment information and personal belongings when dealing with this establishment. Until Hôtel Vernet improves its security, transparency, and customer service, I cannot recommend staying here.

It was 20 years ago we stand at the hotel. We just returned and had an amazing time.
The hotel was amazing-the location, the room, and especially all the people that work there. Shout out to Stephanie Pinceloup, the General Manager for welcoming us, the concierge desk ( who were unbelievable) and the front desk. All well done

An elegant boutique hotel centrally located in Paris where all the staff were lovely, friendly and happy to make our stay wonderful.
