Barcelona z synem luty 2

Lokalizacja super , czyste sprzątane pokoje , bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Zapłaciłem drożej za pokój z widokiem na La Rambla . Ja mieszkając ponad 2000 km od Barcelony nie mogłem wiedzieć że na ulicy panuje remont , ale manager hotelu wiedział . Więc czuje się trochę oszukany że zapłaciłem za udogodnienia które bardziej mi przeszkadzały . Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju 201 w który dodatkowo okno się nie domykało , więc od 7.00 mieliśmy w pokoju plac budowy . Przy zamawianiu pokoju prosiłem o dwa pojedyncze łóżka, dodatkowo napisałem e-mail z taką prosbą. Personel mnie zapewnił że to dla nich żaden problem . Po przyjeździe gdy otworzyłem pokój niestety łozko było duże podwójne . Więcej oczekiwalem od hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego . Widać że kasa musi się zgadzać a zadowolenie klienta nie do końca.

Super Lage, super Frühstück, schöne Dachterrasse mit Bar, perfekter Service an der Reception

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr laut. Egal ob das Fenster offen oder geschlossen ist, der Lärm von draussen ist sehr gut zu hören.

Très confortable et bien placé.
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien. La chambre est très spacieuse silencieuse malgrès d'être face à la rue principale. Le petit déjeuner estbexemplaire bien qu'il n'y avait pas de marmelade (confiture d'orange).

Fijn verblijf met uitstekende service en ruime, schone kamers
Pros:

Wij hebben 2 nachten in dit hotel verbleven en hebben over het algemeen een erg fijne ervaring gehad. Bij binnenkomst rook je direct een frisse schoonmaakgeur, wat meteen een goede eerste indruk gaf. De kamers waren ruim en goed schoon.

Aan het einde van dag 1 vonden we een briefje op de grond met de mededeling dat we eerder moesten uitchecken dan oorspronkelijk was afgesproken. Dit was voor ons niet haalbaar en zorgde even voor wat stress, omdat je je dag niet gehaast wilt beginnen.

We zijn hiermee naar de balie gegaan om te vragen of we eventueel nog drie kwartier extra uitchecktijd konden krijgen. Tot onze verrassing kregen we zonder enige moeite zelfs een hele suite aangeboden en mochten we uitchecken om 12.00 uur. Dat was echt een geweldige oplossing en maakte het verblijf extra bijzonder. Ze deden totaal niet moeilijk en dachten echt met ons mee.

Daarnaast ligt het hotel in een fijne omgeving met genoeg winkels en restaurantjes in de buurt, veel is op loopafstand te doen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Al met al was het een hele belevenis en kijken wij terug op een prettig verblijf. Zeker een aanrader!
