Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und hatte eine Minibar. Das Frühstück war phantastisch. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am Ende unserer Reise die letzte Nacht wieder dort verbracht haben.

Nice big comfortable room and breakfast was great, so much choice. Location was great. We could walk out to the most popular sites. Had dinner in the restaurant which was great.

Based right in the city, easy access to Shops. Always a lovely Friday buffet or great food and service from the pantry restaurant. Always received great service from Rosalia, Philip, Layla, Luke and Smiley. They also served me a lovely wine called: Saving the Wild - Cabernet Sauvignon at the pantry. I would highly recommend anyone to grab a lovely wine at the pantry.

Keurig hotel in de belangrijkse straat van Windhoek. Toch een wat armoedige buurt. Kamergrootte is goed. Badkamer niet goed onderhouden. Badstop werkte niet. kranen in de douche zaten los, niet goed schoongemaakt daardoor vieze, bruine voegen. Verder wel schoon. Kamers zijn outdated. Betaald voor een kamer op de 11e verdieping omdat die een mooi uitzicht zou hebben. Dat uitzicht viel nogal tegen.
In het restaurant beneden kun je heel goed lunchen voor een lage prijs. Vriendelijk personeel. Ook in het dinerrestaurant is keuze in het menu maar niet heel uitgebreid.

Amazing place. Stunning view over the city. Fantastic food and a very attentive staff. Buffy who served me was friendly and extremely quick.

Top notch as always, however just one small issue with staff at the breakfast, if you have a plus one make sure to double check your bookings to avoid questions like, did you pay for the second person etc, it`s embarrassing to say the least. I however raised it with Kavee and the next day she sorted it out with the staff in the kitchen.

I enjoy eating at the pantry. Especially having my morning coffee or tea with a quick samdwhich.

central location and good food

I liked everything about my stay. My favourite part is the rooftop patio and pool. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of food to choose from. The location of the hotel is great. I was able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging transportation to the airport.

Rosalia, was my waitress. Very excellent lady. I like the pork chops... you are the best at this

Hotel internazionale, ottimo come base per visitare la città, con collegamento diretto al vicino centro commerciale. Ideale anche per fare rifornimento prima di partire per un road trip. Camera spaziosa e pulita, buona colazione. Check-in, accoglienza e assistenza di ottimo livello.

I had a wonderful stay at Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Windhoek, making it easy to explore the city while also offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I especially appreciated the beautiful views over the city.

The facilities were excellent. The rooftop area is a real highlight, offering stunning panoramic views of Windhoek and a great place to unwind after a busy day. The hotel amenities were all well maintained and contributed to a very pleasant stay.

The food was outstanding throughout my visit. Both restaurants offered delicious meals with a wide variety of options, and the service was consistently friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention: an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order options, and excellent coffee. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time.

What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

Whether you’re visiting Windhoek for business or leisure, I can wholeheartedly recommend Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino. A perfect combination of comfort, excellent service, great food, and fantastic facilities. I would happily stay here again.
