Gut zum Ankommen in Windhoek mit besten Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Hotel ist ansprechend, kleiner, aber ausreichender Fitnessraum, die Lage ist gut, das Personal war freundlich.das Frühstück war sensationell, auch die Bedienung dort.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war erst deutlich nach 14 Uhr zum Einzug bereit. Wir waren nach dem Flug müde und darum fiel uns das sicher besonders auf. Der Pool ist mitten in der Bar und winzig klein.

Pros:

Big ups to Buffy from Stratos. Great service and view. Top ups to the Dj lady Rise, steak was awesome. Lil bit of sinew tho.

Liked the rooftop bar, breakfast choice, comfortable bed

Cons:

Rooftop bar and restsurant closed on Sunday, room was not serviced. When we advised the reception we were told that they will organise it to be done. Never happened
Bathtub was unhygienic, the water running down in the bassin came up in the bathtub.

Superb experience
Pros:

Duness resturant is good with excellent food. They had variety food to provide for to cater for different tastes. I got good services from the staff more particularly from michelle and hilde. I highly recommend them for their wonderful services and customer care

Pros:

Maggy,Lenize and Ray :)I am really impressed with the service provided by Avani Rooftop staff. They are very kind and friendly. The ambiance is great and they make it worth to return all the time. Great location and excellent staff
Pros:

We stayed before and after our safari to Etosha National Park at the Avani Windhoek. The very central location of the hotel, the friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of rooms and the whole hotel impressed us.
We would like to make particular mention of Ziggo-lee, who worked with so much dedication, experience and kindness at the breakfast room that he made us feel overwhelmingly welcomed and valued. We use to travel a lot, but this level of personal commitment we do not find very often.

Great hotel with an amazing view
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino! The terrace with its beautiful city view was absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and a special thanks to the waiter Lozardo for the excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
