Pros:

Breakfast was good. Special thanks to Tracy at Reception who went above and beyond to resolve a booking error (mine). Noteworthy to mention service from David, Kulaka and Tisha too.

За эту цену достойно. Хорошие свежие завтраки. Девушка Мета на ресепшн (могу имя чуть не правильно написать, на слух;) сделала всё возможное и при отсутствии кровати 2-х спальной апгрейдила нам номер. Спасибо. Хороший теплый номер.

Не было зубных наборов в номере. Но по запросу всё принесли.

tollle Rooftopbar und gute Lage
Pros:

schönes Zimmer, mitten im "Zentrum", gutes Frühstück. Für alle die ein Businesshotel suchen, tiptop und absolute Empfehlung. Rooftopbar war das schönste.

Nicht wirklich freundliche Mitarbeitende, haben uns eher gefühlt als, ah jetzt kommt ihr auch noch.....

Gutes Hotel für Windhook
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ausgiebiges Frühstück wird angeboten.
Das Restaurant im 15. Stock ist sehr zu empfehlen und bietet eine schöne Aussicht.

Pros:

Második alkalommal voltunk itt. A tetőtér nagyszerü. A legnagyobb szobát kaptuk és nagyon tetszett. Látnivalók vannak a környéken és biztonságos helyen van. A hotel éttermében most annyira nem volt jó a vacsora de ez nem a hotel hibája. A reggeli bőséges és svédasztalos.

Cons:

Bejelentkezéskor nem találták a foglalásom. Egy olyan recepciós hölgy volt aki arrogánsan viselkedett és folyton az orrát szívta. 40 percután egy másik hölgy és egy úr segítségével kárpótlásként az emelet legnagyobb szobályát kaptuk viszont rögtön kifizetteték a szobát. A kijelentkezés is 20 percig tartott. Az autót a parkológarázsban egy biztonsági őr centire benavigálta, és nem tetszett neki ha 3 centit tévedtem. Ennek ellenére mikor ki akartam tolatni az autóm mellé benavigált 12Cm-re!!!! egy másik autót. A bocsánatkérésével nem mentem sokra, izzadtam mire kinavigáltam magam a parkolóból Másnap észrevettem, hogy újra levonták a szoba árát. Egy hét levelezés után kaptam vissza a pénzem és bocsánatot kértek. Ezek negatív dolgok de alapvetően nem a szálloda hibálya, hogy vannak olyan alkalmazottai akik alkalmatlanok a feladatuk normális elvégzésére és ezért nem minősítettem le a hotelt.
