Pros:

Het ontbijtbuffet overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Dat was erg goed. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Badkamer was ruim en de douche was prima.

Onze kamer was recht tegenover het spoor. Ramen dicht, het geluid is miniem en wij hadden geen last van het geluid, integendeel, ik vond het uniek om het van zo dichtbij treinen voorbij te kunnen zien.

Cons:

Het inchecken, maar daar heb ik al contact voor opgenomen met de accommodatie.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Ein Plus ist das zum Hotel gehörige Parkhaus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren sehr gut und es gab vorbildliche Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr überzeugend.

Cons:

Im Augenblick gibt es Einschränkungen durch Lärmbelästigung (Baumaßnahmen in direkter Nachbarschaft).

Pros:

The room was clean, the hotel located near the train station of the s-line.

Cons:

I checked in online and paid for the hotel. I set my arrival time to 19-20.
I arrived on time but the receptionist told me that my booking was cancelled because I arrived after 15-00! Even though I paid and status was active in the app with no information about cancellation.
I showed my booking in the app and waited for them to figure it out.
After they apologized and informed me that the system didn't "update" and gave me the terminal to pay the second time..! I told them that I already paid then they apologized again.
I was shocked and nervous that I don't have anywhere to stay.
This level of service is unacceptable for a four-star hotel.
