내 방만 그런 거 아니죠?
Pros:

창문이 활짝 열려서 환기시키기 좋았고. 낮엔 햇살이 가득 비쳐드니 기분이 좋았어요. 규정 체크인 시간보다 한 시간 일찍 도착했는데 친절하게 미리 들어가게 해주셔서 긴 기차여행의 피로를 바로 풀 수 있었어요. 조식도 샐러드류가 다양해서 저는 참 좋았어요. 위치도 전철역에서 멀지 않아 늦은 귀가에도 안심이 되었고. 1층의 재즈바가 환상이었어요. 주변에 치킨집도 있고 rewe, dm 다 가까워서 편리해요.

Cons:

들어가자마자 화장실 하수구 악취의 역습이 있었어요. 셔워를 하거나 물을 쓰면 좀 나아지다가 오래 안 쓰면 올라오는 것 같아요. 호텔측에서도 환풍기를 열심히 가동하는 노력이 보여서 견딜만했고, 나중엔 익숙해졌는지 크게 거슬지 않았어요. 청소의 문제라기보단 건물 배관의 구조적 문제인가 싶네요. 물을 비닐 봉지에 담아 배수구를 덮어놔야 하나 고민도 했지만 사흘만에 극복이 됐습니다.

Unter NH-Standard
Pros:

Gefallen haben die Zimmergröße und die Lage — nahe Savigny Platz und Ku‘damm.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unterbesetzt, unfreundlich, wenig hilfsbereit.
Das anliegende Parkhaus ist für ältere, in der Mobilität beeinträchtigte sowie für Personen mit Gepäck ungeeignet ( nicht barrierefrei).
Trotz Check-out um 12 Uhr klopfte das Housekeeping am Samstagmorgen bereits um 7:30 Uhr.
Die Essensreste der Zimmernachbarn, die sie auf dem Flurboden vor ihrer Tür abgestellt hatten, warteten und rochen in dem vom Sonnenlicht aufgeheizten gläsernen Flur seit mindestens 15 Uhr am Freitag auch noch am Samstag um 10 Uhr (obwohl das Housekeeping bereits unterwegs war).

Insgesamt ist das Haus unter dem internationalen NH-Standard einzuordnen.

Se supone que es un 4 estrellas, pero es un 3 estrellas siendo generosos

El servicio de limpieza era cada tres días, pero en mi caso ni siquiera cumplieron ese plazo: tuve que ir personalmente a reclamar. Y cuando por fin vinieron, la limpieza fue a medias: no cambiaron las toallas en ningún momento. Estuvimos los seis días completos con las mismas. No fui el único; otros huéspedes que viajaban conmigo vivieron exactamente lo mismo.
El problema no quedó ahí. Escatimaban con los amenities básicos: jabón, pañuelos, papel higiénico... Ponen muy pocos para empezar. Cuando por fin vinieron a limpiar, ni los repusieron.

Gut gelegenes sympathisches Stadthotel mit hervorragender gastronomischer Anbindung in unmittelbarer Nähe
Pros:

Sympathisches, ruhig gelegenes Stadthotel. Gute Lage zum Savignyplatz und zum Ku’damm hin. Taxistand in der Nähe.
Sehr üppiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.
Zahlreiche gastronomische Angebote in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch für den späten Abend.

Fabulous!
Pros:

The room was spacious and lovely, the asian lady at the desk was so incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant.

Cons:

We were not told in advance that our room was in a different building and a bit of a walk from the reception.
