Matthew was awesome at checkin, beautiful hotel, and good food at the restaurant.
Matthew G. And Chantel B. Were so accomodating upon check in. Was really looking forward to having some room service, no one ever answered the phone. (Tried calling for over an hour) When i called the front desk to ask about room service, no one answered there either…
Close to the convention center for the dance competition
The only complaint would be seems like the room didn’t stay cool especially during the night, but I run a fan at home at night and that does make a difference
Customer service was great. Valet was very respectful. Location is centralized to lots of things. You have the main strip 2 blocks away at a walking distance with night life and good restaurants.
I had a noisy neighbor playing loud music and doing their....well you know business...I informed front desk and they where to send security up and address the problem. Day after it happened again. The tub was pretty slippery. They could use some form of grip. For the price i paid could have been alot better and peaceful experience but it is what it is.
The staff at The Clyde Hotel were amazing and incredibly helpful. They responded to all of our requests promptly and made our stay very enjoyable.
We had a marvelous stay. We check out tomorrow but I could not wait to rate this hotel a 5. Everyone is so wonderful. Every request was answered in less than 15 minutes! Love the Clyde.
Matthew was and is the most amazing concierge. He knows everything about the companies, the drivers, locations and how to set everything in motion to take care of his clientele. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I appreciate you.
The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and a great place to gather with friends.
The pool, the elevators, and their phone system all broke down on the same day. They stayed in that state for length of our stay which was Friday to Sunday. To add to this, the hotel was booked due to a volleyball tournment being held at the convention center.
I will say the staff did their best to get creative with work arounds. The security was escorting some individuals to the service elevators as only one elevator was working. They offerred the guest to use their sister hotel's pool, unfortunately it was 10 driving minutes aways and they did not offer a shuttle (even though there was one on site). The also set up a text service in place of their phone system to get assistance from the front desk, but they didn't have the staff to man the text messages so it took 40mins for a reply.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff was incredible. Special shout out to Matthew🥰. Also the presentation of the food in the pantry was next level. Absolutely beautiful! I have travelled the world and this presentation is way up there 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Security Jason was super helpful and very polite. Went out of his way to help me when he didn’t have to.
Love Jose, Jimmy and Ashley at the bar. Nice hotel with great staff. Especially at the bar.
Beautiful and kind staff
Nothing!!
The Clyde Hotel and staff are not only awesome but they have outstanding mojo! My husband stayed here for the ABQ Marathon and his motorcycle broke down as soon as he arrived at the Clyde. The valet allowed him to leave it in front overnight so it could be towed in the morning after the marathon. No need! After the marathon the bike fired right up and he made it home without issue. He credits this in no small part to the positive mojo of the valet and the helpful staff at the hotel. BONUS! The rooms are great too! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting downtown Albuquerque! God bless!!! The front desk adjacent Chantel was very friendly and helpful also.
I had Chantel’ super warmth and expertise service and help for everything … direction for parking, food service, and restaurant recommendations, and best introductions of touring spots 😁🙏❤️
