The first look was beautiful and the staff were great. The beds were fabulous !
The tiny refrigerator on the FLOOR!
The shower pull was complicated!
Lovely
Nothing
Clyde Hotel felt like a nice haven in downtown Albuquerque, in a decent location to walk to downtown or to Old Town.
Though shared spaces were nice, inside the room was no different than any big hotel. Stuffy air with all carpets with no windows to air out, not recommended for sensitive individuals. Minibar noise was also loud and noticable at night.
Food and service was perfect!
The interior design of the room. The lighting. The bed, sheets, materials. The ambiance of the hotel. Hotel was a short walk to the venue I was visiting. The area I was in was quite, I wasn't sure if there were any other guest on the floor.
Both times I took a shower the bathroom floor against the tub got soaked. And that bathroom floor is slippery when wet. The first time I had to wring out the floor mat towel about 5 times to get the standing water on the floor so it could dry. I suggest a fancy sliding glass door to trap the shower water. Perhaps in the same aesthetic as the room and hotel.
Очень приветливый персонал
За собаку (корги) с нас списали 75 долларов о которых нигде ранее не было сказано . Ресторан ни о чем, подача долгая и блюда специфические очень
The staff were all phenomenal and super helpful. A big thanks to Ty, Priscilla, Matt, and Yaya for helping me with room issues, and just genuinely being kind and helpful.
Summer has been our waitress twice now. She is fast but doesn’t rush us, she has a great memory and is very pleasant. She helps making a meal at Carries very enjoyable.
Service in the restaurant was great. Food was good. Very pleasant experience. Sergio was friendly and efficient.
We couldn’t be happier with our stay at the Clyde- especially the service and quality of dining at Cassie’s. The wait staff is very hospitable and helpful with planning our stay. Sergio helped us find things to do near the hotel and the food was great!
Eduardo Martinez in the Restaurant was very polite and I had very good conversations with him and his service outstanding l. You can tell he is a hard worker. The food was also very good.
Matthew G. has excellent guest relations skills always saying hello and have a good day countless positive interactions.
Very clean
Bar staff is exceptional! Took great care of us for the mariachi conference.
Sergio has been nothing but kind, professional, and efficient. He has provided the very best service over my stay here at the Clyde the past few days. I high recommend Carrie’s restaurant for wonderful food and Sergio for amazing service!
We loved the room and MOST of the staff was VERY kind and helpful, especially Jacen, Ty, and Adriana at the front desk!
HOWEVER, when we asked about extending our stay one night, MATTHEW (at the front desk) was EXTREMELY RUDE and LIED TO US by stating that the hotel was completely booked the next day. We were able to book the extended night through a third party app without a problem. And, of course, it was plain to see that the hotel WAS NOT completely booked the next day. We also heard MATTHEW yell at other customers who were standing behind us waiting to check in. MATTHEW was the only stain on our week long experience at The Clyde hotel.
