Everything was great 👍🏻
Free breakfast would be nice. Also fix the free internet service provider to making less glitch.
The location an staff was perfect
It was beautiful an the view was amazing
They have double charged me - full stay paid to booking.com and fully stay also charged by hotel, instead of only extras . Still unresolved 6 weeks later
Location to my conference was the only thing this hotel had going for it.
Checking in, the girl working is offering the man in front of me a free upgraded room, being super nice and helpful. Then someone came in and asked me to move my car (because the area was full when I arrived but cars had since left). I was happy to do so but when I got back, there were now 5 people in front of me and after waiting, I was helped by another man. I told him that I had two separate reservations, but had asked through text if they could please make it where I didn't have to change rooms and that this was confirmed by text. He response was "we'll see about that because that's not always the case." Then he wouldn't let me get a cart and unload. He told me to go to the parking garage first come all the way back for the cart, take it back to the parking garage and then bring it back to the front. While very unhelpful, I did this, but there were no carts and I had to make 3 trips back and forth. I'm staying for 3 days and there is no mini fridge in my room. The bed rolls to the outside so bad, I felt like I was going to roll off in my sleep. They keep running out of coffee in the lobby. The pool is not open and it was just a an overall bad experience. I was really looking forward to getting away from my small town and staying in a nice hotel.
The location was great
Room was dirty- made it hard to be comfortable. Staff provided poor customer service with one front desk employee scrolling on her phone while the other front desk employee checked guests in.
Very unhappy
I was overcharged 550,58 USD on 5 and 6 January 2026. I have sent multiple emails and messages on booking.com. I reached out to file a complain to booking.com and my bank yet I have still not been refunded the 550.58 USD after 2 weeks . It is a big amount and I am very concerned. Maybe this will help as I have not received a response after multiple attempts to make contact. See picture. All the charges in red are incorrect.
The food was exeptional
My husband, I, and our dog stayed at the hotel during the evacuation and fire threat near our home in Silver City, New Mexico. The staff could not have treated us better. They were considerate, kind, and remembered us and our situation during our several day visit. They also sent up plates of food to keep us sustained and provided a refrigerator so we could keep the food fresh. They were an outstanding group. The room was also very pleasant, roomy, and very clean. I would highly recommend The Clyde.
It couldn't have been a better experience given our circumstance.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Couldn't figure out the thermostat till it was too late...
It was very nice and clean.
There was no fridge in our room
Location in downtown ABQ was great for the purpose of this trip (attending graduation ceremony).
No carts available when we arrived- had to make multiple trips and carry luggage up to room. Room was humid and smelled as if the carpets had just been cleaned- damp, mildew smell. Toilet/shower was leaking from room above through light so bathroom floor near toilet remained wet. Room service took 30 min to answer phone after repeatedly calling- one staff member delivering food- unfair to staff and hotel guests! For the price for one night stay, this hotel was not worth it.
The staff was awesome. 2025 was a rough year for my kids so I wanted to start their new year off with something to remember. The staff at the front desk were happy to help me do so. A huge Thank You to them. Room service team was also awesome. Everyone was very friendly.
I would not say that I did not like it, but the pool temp could be a couple degrees warmer.
Room, Staff, Hot tub were great.
Heater would blow cool air.
I like being able to walk downtown, and go out and eat. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff does an amazing job.
I have not found anything to dislike about the Clyde Hotel. .
