The gym was great and it's close to the airport.
The room had a musty smell. Once I placed the ac on high it helped for the most part.
I love the "Art Deco" feel to the property. The Deluxe King room is spacious, comfortable and well played out. On a personal note, the front desk attendant, Chantel was AWESOME!! She was kind, courteous and incredibly helpful. She exceptional and went above and beyond. I appreciate her.
Im not a big fan of paying for valet parking but these days that's pretty much to be expected. They do offer a free self parking option.
Wonderful time! The staff was great to me! Matthew, Chantel, Tyrone, and Yaya amongst others were very very helpful!
Beautiful hotel, convenient parking garage. Cute bar in lobby with friendly service.
Outdoor pool was refreshing, and the hot tub was very warm. Hot tub water line was low so filtration wasn't working well visibly, so it wasn't clean water. (Yellowish with floating hairs and gunk.)
The hotel rooms are nice, but the bathroom was mediocre. Bathroom sink leaked when turned on, shower also leaked.
Everything was great 👍🏻
Free breakfast would be nice. Also fix the free internet service provider to making less glitch.
Friendly, responsive and helpful front desk team and parking attendant. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and quiet room. Couldn’t ask for a better experience within walking distance of the Convention Center
The location an staff was perfect
It was beautiful an the view was amazing
They have double charged me - full stay paid to booking.com and fully stay also charged by hotel, instead of only extras . Still unresolved 6 weeks later
Stunning hotel with an amazing staff. Chantel at the front desk was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. A wonderful first impression as a new New Mexican.
It was so amazing ,
the man at the front Matt G was beyond welcoming and made us feel so welcomed. Loved the piano as well with definitely come again!
Chantel is a fabulous worker. She was so friendly and helpful even though she had bruised ribs.
This was our first hotel stay in Albuquerque and it happened to be on Thanksgiving, 2025. My dear wife Sue and I were traveling to Georgia from Washington State. We were greeted graciously at the front desk by Chantel and Ashley. They were so kind. We were tired from a long drive from Las Vegas and they upgraded us spontaneously to a beautiful spacious room. Because of the kindness and thoughtfulness of these young ladies, The Clyde will always be our hotel of choice in Albuquerque. I have also seen that The Clyde is part of Heritage hotels, so we will be always looking for Heritage Hotels in the future.
Sincerely,
Jeff and Sue Wright
Location to my conference was the only thing this hotel had going for it.
Checking in, the girl working is offering the man in front of me a free upgraded room, being super nice and helpful. Then someone came in and asked me to move my car (because the area was full when I arrived but cars had since left). I was happy to do so but when I got back, there were now 5 people in front of me and after waiting, I was helped by another man. I told him that I had two separate reservations, but had asked through text if they could please make it where I didn't have to change rooms and that this was confirmed by text. He response was "we'll see about that because that's not always the case." Then he wouldn't let me get a cart and unload. He told me to go to the parking garage first come all the way back for the cart, take it back to the parking garage and then bring it back to the front. While very unhelpful, I did this, but there were no carts and I had to make 3 trips back and forth. I'm staying for 3 days and there is no mini fridge in my room. The bed rolls to the outside so bad, I felt like I was going to roll off in my sleep. They keep running out of coffee in the lobby. The pool is not open and it was just a an overall bad experience. I was really looking forward to getting away from my small town and staying in a nice hotel.
The food was exeptional
