Important information:

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.

From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.

Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.

Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.

A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.

Please note that our pool depth is 5.5 feet, and no shallow end exists.

Attentive staff

Cons:

Queues at breakfast - taken to a table one at a time. Very slow.
Slow service tea & coffee at breakfast. Not enough staff.

It was fine
Pros:

Location next door to the ICc

Cons:

Lack of car parking , although they seemed to have room for high end range rovers , merc and Lamborghini’s the car parking I was suggested to use was quite a walk away humping cases was far from ideal. For that reason next year I will use a hotel with parking

Perfect stay in Birmingham
