Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.
Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.
Please note that our pool depth is 5.5 feet, and no shallow end exists.

Fantastic food service, friendly staff and great location.
A minor point- a few showers were broken in the changing rooms and also the main pool area (unable to change the water temperature). A let down considering the quality of the rest of the spa area.

I like this Hotel because it of descent quality at a reasonable price. In a good location for my needs. I use the Spa, A good relaxing couple of days
Check in took 40 minutes- probably the slowest check in ever. Th showers in the room are really low. I am only 5ft 4 and difficult to wash hair. Also the lights next to the bed didn’t work so had to get out of bed to turn off. Beds weee large but old and lumpy
The beds were very comfy and I slept very well, I liked the bread selection and hot food at breakfast and fruit and yoghurt selection
I called for a robe to be delivered to my room as there wasn’t one and I wanted to use the spa and half an hour went by and no one came so I called reception only to be told that whoever I had spoken to hadn’t put the request in for the robe and it wasn’t coming. I expressed that I was wishing to use the spa and this was wasting my spa time and how quickly could they deliver a robe - the member of staff told me they didn’t know how long as they were busy and I was best going to the spa to get one myself.. I wasn’t very impressed with that. I thought the fact that they couldn’t make cappuccino at breakfast was disappointing. I also thought the spa could’ve been better also it is quite stuffy in there and could do with being more airy. I found the staff slightly unsure and disorganised maybe more training is needed. I have stayed at many hyatts before and although the staff were kind I found they didn’t go the extra mile I felt a bit of a nuisance and inconvenience
The reception staff, security, bar staff, restaurant staff and all remaining staff worked beyond a professional standard. I highly recommend the Spa facility. The food here is incredible. A lot of Vegetarian, Vegan and even Halal options on the menus.
Parking can be a struggle. However there are multiple parking facilities located externally, away from the hotel, no more than a 5 minute walk.
Very nice friendly staff and beautiful hotel . Bed was like a dream restaurant was gorgeous, very expensive breakfast and wasn’t the best I’ve had especially for £20. Nice little bar area out back.
Lot of dust and dirt in the bedroom. Spa was ok but jacoozi is terrible and small. Few jets on there but they are at the bottom of the jacoozi and it was cold, so if you want them to blast on your shoulder blades .. that’s not happening . They have a cold plunge which would have been amazing after the steam room and sauna however was not cold, so that was a shame . Not BIG problems if your not that fussed about the little things but our stay was for a moms night away where we just wanted to be clean calm and quiet . Other than that it was ok.
Staff was professional and they were very helpful and caring people
