Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.
Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.

Velidg bra frokost. Fin beliggenhet for jeg som var på kongress rett over gaten, også mulig å gå igjennom hotellet. Hadde vært fint hvis det hadde vært regnvær.
Restauranten kunne vært åpen lengre. Svømmebasseng og flere apperater i exercise rom, større treningsrom da en forutsetning.

The location of the hotel is perfect -we met 26 years ago in this hotel and married a few years later so we came back here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.
The hotel is looking a bit tired round the edges. The room was not particularly clean. toilet bowl chipped and door hinges very dirty. The was no room cleaning housekeeping on Sunday until after 6pm and consequently we had to send them away as were getting g ready for our event out, so our room was not cleaned nor towels replaced. Most annoyingly was being refused room service after 1am when clearly all the signage stated it was available until 4am. I was told by reception staff "oh the management stopped all that months ago' well if that is true then PLEASE do not advertise it on your website, booking g agents and all over the hotel signage, its very misleading and caused us to not haver a meal at all on Saturday evening.

Onsuite and space
We have options, but my children have always preferred this hotel. This is our second time staying at the hotel as a family, and we are loving it every time we come.
Parking can be better, particularly if you are lucky to find a spot on the premises and pay. You shouldn't have an issue once you have paid, but that's not the case. If you drive out after paying, your spot would likely be gone by the time you return. But the concierge at the car park is a wonderful manager.
