Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.
Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.
Please note that our pool depth is 5.5 feet, and no shallow end exists.

It's a bit tired run down for the price, I stay here yearly and it used to be beautiful, from the concierge to the staff but now not so great. Disappointing for the price.

The hotel itself is lovely. The gentlemans lounge is a delightful little bar. The Spa facilities area excellent. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
Staff were very efficient and check-in very straight forward.
For £600 for 2 nights, to be given a room with a shower over the bath is awful.
We ordered the tiramisu once we got home from our gig, not only were we charge £5 delivery to our room but we were told it would be over an hour for delivery... 60mins for the cold dessert to be plated up, and taken to our room?
The hotel was very nice, with friendly staff and a great service especially in the restaurant. Great view of Birmingham from the top floor.

Location and access to the ICC was great.
No parking, the cost (£284 very expensive) breakfast wasnt included which would have cost an additional £38 which is an excessive amount for breakfast. The price of drinks in the bar are very expensive too.
