Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.
Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.
Please note that our pool depth is 5.5 feet, and no shallow end exists.

The pool was lush. The property looked like it did in the photos when I booked

An easy walk from New Street train station and close to the theatres.
The steam room and sauna in the spa are tiny. The steam room is only big enough to seat 4 people at a time. The hotel was not busy when we were there so it was not a problem but had it been busier it would have been irritating to wait for a spot to get in. Also, the ladies changing area for the spa has minimal seating so again this would be a problem if busy.

I was a great stay. Lack of parking is the downside!
Absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency! We stayed for one night and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The beds were absolutely amazing — I had the best night’s sleep and genuinely felt like I had completely sunk into the pillows! The following morning, we used the pool facilities, and the lovely lady at the front desk was so helpful and showed us around everything. The pool area was spotless, well maintained and honestly exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!
