Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.
Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.
Please note that our pool depth is 5.5 feet, and no shallow end exists.

Large comfortable room which was very well equipped. Covered walkway connected to Symphony Hall where we were attending an event especially as it was pouring with rain.
Windows wouldn't open even a tiny bit. I know there was aircon but I prefer fresh air. Declined breakfast as was £28 per person. Parking is difficult, you can't reserve a place even with a Disabled Blue Badge, luckily we got the last spot. Be aware that SatNavs keep trying to send you the wrong way down one way streets!

The parking is limited, l couldn’t find anywhere to park and got a ticket after the told me to park near the hotel

The queue to check in was far too long but I remember from my stays before that was always the case
The bar, I ordered drinks - they kindly said they would bring them over to me (a few metres away) - which they did but charged me £2.50 to bring them across - not good - so please watch out for that
Amazing hotel - friendly and helpful staff, large, modern and comfy room with a view over the city. Excellent location and incredible facilities. The spa is included and has a lovely pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and plunge pool (and wasn’t too busy at all!).
The restaurant is really nice too, our waitress was lovely and very attentive, and the food was delicious.
Check out is at midday - so we could use the spa all morning!

Over priced breakfast
Location was great for the Utilita Arena. Hotel was clean and all the staff were super friendly.
Parking - please don’t list it as having parking! For the size of the hotel it’s a joke! The spa was lovely but neither the plunge pool or jacuzzi were working. Also not enough seating.
Loved the spa side and the room.
Parking was an issue. Online it says there is plenty of parking but when I got there I had to park some place else and pay both days.

Nothing
Booking was for a twin room, it was very spacious, both the room and the bathroom. Lovely floor to ceiling window with net curtains and black out blinds, lovely comfortable beds and soft pillows, health club easy to access. Breakfast was excellent and well catered for - as I am Gluten Free/coeliac the staff were knowledgeable and ensured I had a fully gluten free breakfast- I also noticed fresh made juices and smoothies on offer, great breakfast buffet with lots of gluten free options
Only thing was the showers in the spa - out of 4 in the ladies there was only one working at decent temperature - the other 3 were either boiling hot or cold - the taps to adjust heat seemed stuck. In the sauna the sand timer did not work - the sand has got damp and does not flow through - only little thing but when your sitting in a sauna its always useful to know if you have hit the minimum time of 10 minutes! But apart from that the service in the spa was excellent and our stay was very good.
