Love staying here

Beds comfy, everywhere clean and staff very helpful
Would have liked pool to be open a later.
Reception staff excellent
Relatively minor issue but the tv did not work- they have a casting system but the basic tv channels did not work- a very nice man came up from reception but it took him 1/2 an hour to get the tv working, but the next morning it didn’t work again, we didn’t bother reception again because we were leaving/ could get the news on mobiles but a bit disappointed bearing in mind this is a 4 * hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Birmingham. I was lucky with an empty room and they kindly accommodated an early check-in, which made a big difference after my flight, and the staff were friendly throughout. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the pool —(1.68 m) deep for me 😄— and the spa area with both steam and dry saunas and hot tube. The location is nice, right on the edge of the city centre, close to bars and restaurants but still relatively quiet at night, suitable for solo female travelers. Check-out at 12 is also a plus.
The only small downside for me was the breakfast, which at £28 felt slightly on the expensive side compared to similar hotels, but overall I had a very nice experience.
Room with a view ✨️
