Bit pricey, but it is very convenient for the city and tram. Nice pool and spa, one or two areas in need of a bit of a clean/maintenance, but nothing to put you off staying, and overall, pretty decent. Staff were friendly and helpful during my limited interactions with them. Room and bathroom were fine, a bit on the warm side, but fine... apart from the lack of cold water. Both taps seemed to be hot, and this also meant there was no temperature control in the shower. The main drawback however is that it does feel slightly dated, like a lot of American hotels do, maybe it's deliberate as an American chain, but I feel it would benefit from a bit of modernising and updating. I stayed in April, but it's the kind of place I imagine wouldn't have air con, or if it did, it wouldn't be very effective in the height of summer.
The location of the hotel is fab and I love the luxurious ambiance of it . The staff are very attentive and want to ensure you have a great experience . Milan who served our table at breakfast was exceptional
Nothing the hotel was very busy when we were there so the device was excellent considering the hotel was at full capacity
Great location. Very friendly concierge
We arrived at property before 3pm. Asked if any rooms were ready to checkin eaely as my grandson was poorly.
Very unhelpful receptionist who first states we were early then said all rooms would be vacant at 3pm!
I informed her i'd stayed at Hyatt number of occassions and that was not accurate. At 2.55 she said we could leave bags with concierge!!
Delicious freshly cooked breakfast
Good clean spa facilities
Wonderful, very helpful staff
lovely decor
it was all good
Room was lovely, amenities were brilliant. Lovely place to stay
Nothing
The property wasn’t far from the train station and easy enough to find. Very opulent when you walk in giving vibes of a very expensive and posh hotel. The view from the room was fantastic and the staff were amazing, very friendly and professional.
Up to the rooms and it was just very standard hotel, does not match the opulence from the lobby and does not match the price point for staying there. Our first room was clean but very smelly but the staff were great and changed us to another room straight away. Again the new room was very clean just below what I expected for the price I paid.
Location was perfect, service always amazing, food great. comfortable.
Bar is always too busy and not enough staff
Location is fantastic
The room is definitely not worth the money! Although the room is comfortable and clean, it is not worth £265 for the night. It should be that price including dinner and breakfast.
