Important information:

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.

From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.

Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.

Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.

A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.

Please note that our pool depth is 5.5 feet, and no shallow end exists.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Was really impressed with the concierge dealing with a particularly entitled individual who tried to move cones as felt their car took priority.

Cons:

There was no robes in our room, only one biscuit & wooden sticks, no spoons - this sounds very fussy/ first word problems, but for this standard of the hotel its a bit less than I would expect.

We had a high floor, but you can still hear the night life til the early hours, it's not overwhelming but is definitely there so keep this in mind if you want to chill and have an early night- particularly on a Saturday.

Really comfortable couple of nights here for business - central location and a quiet room.
Pros:

Great base for a couple of nights in Birmingham - really central and easy to get anywhere. The room was really well appointed (great views!) and very quiet.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about at all.

Great central location, extremely comfortable, would stay again.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, extremely clean throughout and the room was a generous size. Everything you would expect from a good hotel. There was parking onsite (although limited an a bit pricey), and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

The coffee - in room and at breakfast - was pretty ordinary, and the wi-fi wasn't great.

Cons:

Although spa area and swimming pool were open, sauna and steam room don't get turned on until about 2pm - this is not stated anywhere.

My stay was comfortable and relaxing, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and everything I needed for.
Pros:

I loved how spacious my room was. I enjoyed the full English breakfast and particularly enjoyed happy hour at the executive lounge, which was on the same floor as my room.
