Location good
Ac did not work in room. Temp 80. Entire family could not sleep.
I love home 2 and am an honors member with hilton. I stay because I can cook but they had no hot plates. They said they only had a few because people like to steal them. So I was like what can you do. Thats the main reason for my stay. Nothing was said but they could try to locate one. I still think the stay was nice but there was a stain of some sort on the floor. But everything was nice. Staff was staff and breakfast was good

shower appeared to have black mold in the corners
I get that it’s a friendly establishment, which is great for people who have pets, but unfortunately, I had two different rooms and they both smelled like pets have stayed there as well. Not sure if it was urine in the carpets or what but definitely nauseating. After the second room, I just had to stick it out through my reservation.
We love staying at Homes 2 Suites. We find them all very nice.

The location is great, and Madison has everything you need and is a nice town.
Pros: clean spacious room, kitchenette, comfortable bed and pillows, nicely equipped workout room, and super friendly cleaning and maintenance staff.
Cons: Front desk staff rush every interaction. I was not told when breakfast or check out was.
The pool and outdoor area are not well kept. They never stocked pool towels the entire 4 days I was there, trash overflowed, and the pool did not look clean and had trash/debris in it - it was also very cloudy. We stayed away from the pool area, which was the biggest letdown while on vacation.
However, for our stay, the pros outweighed the cons, and we would consider staying here again.

The room smelled awful and it was not cleaned .
Very clean and pleasant. Room was very spacious and all of the amenities (pool, gym) were in excellent shape. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We had a late overseas arrival and we were greeted with a smile and an easy check-in.
Morning breakfast got us on our way, and we arrived home safely after taking the extra night away.
