Une soirée agréable et une nuit calme et confortable.
Pros:

Accueil souriant et chaleureux. Personnel très agréable accueil et bar. Propreté et praticabilité de l’hôtel simplicité de la réactivité du personnel.

Cons:

Le restaurant. Plat annoncé et manquant pour les enfants. Plats trop simples coquillettes ! Pas du tout gastronomie et prix trop chers.

Bien situé.
Pros:

Situation géographique de l'hôtel, proche de tout en voiture (centre-ville, autoroutes,...), et surement aussi en transports en commun (pas essayé). Hôtel qui fait le job.

Cons:

Le personnel du samedi, jour de notre arrivée, mis à part la très sympathique personne qui s'est occupée de notre check-in. Sinon, pas de bonjour des différentes personnes croisées dans les couloirs, et encore moins le dimanche matin lors de notre arrivée au PDJ: avant de nous demander si l'on faisait partie d'un groupe, il aurait été plus agréable de nous dire bonjour. mais il semblerait que cela soit une norme dans cet établissement le week-end, car le lendemain lundi, tout le monde était très avenant et sympathique. A noter cependant que le personnel du restaurant du dimanche soir était très correct et prévenant.
Les chambres n'étaient pas très insonorisées, mais des travaux sont en cours, travaux qui ne nous ont pas dérangé, à la différence des différents blocs de pompes à chaleur qui tournent.

Super Frühstück, schöne Zimmer mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Parken auf dem Hof möglich, mehrere Ladesäulen. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser erstes Zimmer war nicht sauber, wir haben aber problemlos in ein neues, sauberes wechseln können.

C’est notre adresse à partir d’aujourd’hui pour Montpellier
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux m’a permis de me réconcilier avec Novotel, et les mots ne suffisent pas pour remercier l’équipe de la réception du soir et du matin, ils sont très aimables, ils ont répondu à toutes nos sollicitations avec une grande bienveillance et disponibilité.
On a pris une chambre familiale, vue piscine, on a trouvé le lit bébé installé, la chambre est spacieuse, très propre et on avait à disposition un mini bar gratuitement.
Merci encore pour la petite attention pour nos enfants à l’accueil, c’était une surprise qui a marqué un grand sourire de princesse.
