Pros:

The location is very convenient, close to Lille's old city but also close to the river and Lille's city park. Nice touch the free water from the cooler and the carafe. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel did not give the feeling of a 4-star hotel, more like a decent 3-star hotel. It wasn't a problem for us, but I have to mention it. No free sleepers (a detail but would have been convenient to have).

Centraal gelgen

Cons:

Kamer te warm aan straat waar het hele nacht enorm lawaaiig was. Dus met raam open kon je niet slapen vanwege lawaai en met raam dicht ook niet want het was dan te warm. Bovendien is dit Novotel gedateerd

chambre pas digne d'un 4*
lit moyen pour les adultes et mauvais pour notre enfant.
moyen pour retenir l'eau de la douche inopérant ; pas mal d'eau par terre.
