Pros:

The location was great and the staff very accommodating. We were able to move to another room due to an injury of my friend who had trouble walking stairs. We very much appreciated that. Also, breakfast was very good, providing a great choice and enough fuel to start a day of exploring.

Cons:

The shower did not have a ventilation system or if it did, I think it didn‘t work. It was very humid. We just left the window open all day and that was ok.

Hotel totalement inaccessible PMR

Personnel très à l'écoute, et service du petit déjeuner en chambre et dans la salle au sous sol parfait eau fraiche et gazeuse à l'entrée

Cons:

Accès à l'hotel impossible PMR et valises... et pas d'ascenseur chambre en étages, ni vers le sous sol petit déjeuner, vous mentionnez équipements PMR et chambres PMR comment on y accède avec un fauteuil roulant ????
Vous devez l'indiquer clairement dans le descriptif de l'hotel.
et dommage car l'hotel est placé directement face à la mer sur la promenade !

Pros:

bellissima vista mare dalle finestre, ottima posizione vicinissima sia al centro che alla spiaggia, ottima colazione . caffe' e tisane a disposizione in camera.

Cons:

parcheggio un pochino lontano, non c'è la possibilità di fermarsi di fronte all'hotel per cui bisogna fare un po' di strada con le valigie ; camera un po' rumorosa, sulla strada.

Great hotel!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. It has the best location in the area: across the street is the beach. The hotel is on the beautiful boulevard Promenade des Anglais, the most important attraction and iconic landmark in the city, Nice’s beating heart. The hotel is also in the middle of the old town, the hotel is a walking distance away from almost all landmarks in Nice. It has a nice breakfast and the staff are very friendly. The only thing you should know is that you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs because it has no elevators. Otherwise the hotel is simply excellent.

Cons:

No elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs is just horrible for our back. Since there is no elevator, the hotel should hire a concierge to help the people with their luggage. Or bring those three wheels carriage that climbs the stairs (they have those in Venice).
This issue must be addressed, because everything else is great about the hotel.

Pros:

La posizione con la stanza vista mare, il balconcino, la colazione era complessivamente buona, il letto era comodo, l'arredamento funzionale

Cons:

La stanza è un po piccola in relazione al prezzo, per chi viaggia con animali non è previsto neanche un piccolo kit di benvenuto

Tutto, praticamente perfetta! Direttamente sulla promenade, a 30 metri dalla Vecchia Nizza e a 150 metri da Piazza Massena.
Comoda la tavola da stiro con il ferro, la macchina Nespresso e il bollitore.
Colazione Top.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone ma, all’arrivo, accappatoi/asciugamani per due.
Anche il divanoletto non era stato preparato.

Annak érdemes idejönni, akinek fontos a tenger és az öreg városrész közelsége és gyalog szeretnének midnenhova eljutni.
Pros:

Elképesztő elhelyezkedés, csodás kilátással a tengerre, minden gyalogtávolságra, a strand, a vár, az öreg városrész, az éttermek, a világpiac. A személyzet nagyon kedves, mosolygós, segítőkész. A szoba (123) kényelmes, pont megfelelő méretű 2 felnőttnek és egy gyermeknek. Az erkélyen üldögélni és nézni a Promenade de l’ anglais nyüzsgését nézni felülmúlhatatlan. Az ablakok, erkélyajtók hangszigeteltek, így éjszaka is nyugodtan tudtunk pihenni.
