Very very disappointing

Wasn’t clean , and the staff when we arrived weren’t very helpful.
They tried to charge us again after we’d already paid up front .
And , the disappointing thing was that we’d paid for an upgrade , we challenged them about this and given a room virtually the same .

Parkplatz und Pool

Cons:

Restaurant entspricht nicht der Kategorie des Hotels.
Frisches Besteck zum Steak erst nach längerer Diskussion (vorher Fisch!)
Steak minderwertiges Fleisch mit zahlreichen Sehnen.

la gentillesse du personnel et la possibilité de rendre tardivement la chambre
