Pros:

Номер чистый, светлый, просторный. Есть бутылированная вода и чай/кофе.

Cons:

Нет лифта, нужно было самостоятельно нести чемодан на третий этаж.
В душевой плохо работал слив.
Очень плохая шумоизоляция, слышно всех.
На утро перестал работать кондиционер.

It's not worth the money. Nice photos, but the situation is different.
Pros:

It's close to the train station, with a store nearby and some pretty decent cafes for breakfast. Good wifi speed.

Cons:

The window opening mechanism is broken, the closet doors pop out of their tracks, the mattresses sag, and the pillows are too big—with no other options available. There’s a store next door, so it’s very noisy in the morning. There’s almost no soundproofing from the neighbors, nor from people walking up and down the stairs in the hallway. The bathroom constantly smells of sewage; the hair dryer is old, barely works, and quickly overheats and shuts off. Water drains poorly in the shower stall, and the door mechanisms haven’t been cleaned—they’re covered in mold, as is the shower holder.

Сніданки виявилися в іншому готелі і вони не відповідали ціні 490 грн (
були рушники в плямах!
я три чі змінювала рушники у адміністратора, і на наступний день поки нас не було, покоївка знову замінила рушники і вони були знову в пятнах.
я розумію що вони були випрані, але там були застарілі пятна, для мене це нонсенс в готелі (
