A good stopover but if you have dietary restrictions check the menu and phone the hotel for availability of your choice.
Pros:

Hotel is ideally situated in quiet woodland surroundings close to the motorway. The staff were great, very helpful and efficient. Our room was cool and clean. The bed was quite firm but comfortable for a one night stay. Good to have a very thin duvet and comfortable pillows! The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice and they provided gluten free toast. Plenty of free parking.
Thanks to the chef who made me omelette and fries.

Cons:

We had an accessible room; my husband does not fare well in showers over baths! The bathroom was a good size and mostly clean, however the floor of the shower needed a good scrub to clean it. The lack of shower glass sealant at the bottom edge of the narrow panel meant water leaked all over the floor and with only a tiny bath mat created a real slip hazard.
I had been told that there were gluten free options for dinner. Unfortunately my safe 'go to’, steak, had run out and I was offered a couple of other choices that I couldn’t eat.

Ideal location to stay if visiting the RHS Bridgewater. Good price reflects the standard of the hote
Pros:

Excellent self service buffet breakfast at a good price. Hot food, cold and continental all available. Food in the evening at a good price, or pub close next door. Bar on site. Nice gardens. We were visiting the RHS and it is really close by. Good motorway access but not noisy.

Cons:

The hotel is clean but looking a little tired, room could have done with a refurb. Access to the over bath shower involved stepping over a really high bath side. Consider an accessibility room if you have some reduced mobility, or even if you are not very tall. The fitted grab handle was essential.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations.
We also had a complimentary breakfast for the price we paid.
All the staff were very well mannerd, polite & informative.
The room was excellent & clean.
Plenty of car parking spaces.

Lovely relaxing hotel. Great staff and good location for visiting our family.

Cons:

There was lots of doors banging from 7am but there was a wedding on so family members were moving from room to room. So we appreciate the families excitement.
