After many previous visits the hotel met all our expectations.
Pros:

Nothing power - had to leave after first day. Room cold and smelly. All guests had to find alternative accommodation because no power. Also no water for the majority of the time

Good value for money, with a few extras to make it a great choice!
Pros:

Convenient location, it had an EV charger which was managed fairly I.e max 90 mins use at a time. There was an outdoor play area, some toys indoors for the kids and a pool table!

Cons:

The restaurant was not great value and average food, but the pub across the car park was better value with more variety.

Excellently located, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Comfortable, very clean room. Helpful staff. Free parking. Good value. Excellent location for RHS Bridgewater and Worsley is an attractive area, with walks and lots of industrial heritage nearby. I didn't eat here but bar, breakfast and dinner available.

Cons:

No safe or fridge - maybe had to pay more for these?
Hotel is used for business meetings and conferences so rather an anonymous feel.

The reception area was quiet and relaxing. Good seating area both for dining and relaxing.

The toilet filling system in the room was noisy. It needs upgrading.

We’d definitely stay here again. A very pleasant stay and nice people.
Pros:

Everything . The staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like. Waiting a while for a bus was a pain ( we can’t all afford endless cabs) but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel.

Great place, lovely staff would definitely use again
Pros:

Great place, location was ideal for us as we were attending a wedding close by. Bigger hotel than we expected and we used the bar and restaurant,
Breakfast was very good

Cons:

There was a little confusion when we checked in but it was soon resolved. Lift was out of order and the water cooler was out of use too
