the staff were really good, the breakfast was great, and £15 single charge for your pet no matter how long you stayed was really good, i paid £30 for my dog for 1 night at the holiday inn, while the room cost £32

Cons:

Second time the electric charges didn’t work…..really happy with the hotel but seriously thinking of going elsewhere due to the hassle of not being able to charge my car…..I realise this is not your facility but it will effect your business

Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Location.

Cons:

Only problem with new security measure (which is a good idea) if husband went for a drink in bar he couldn’t get back. Maybe need to issue 2 keys.
