Everything!!

The staff were welcoming and bonus free drinks in the champagne bar

Room was fantastic, clean and so much space

Location was absolutely brilliant, obviously handy for the train, but so central as well

Beautiful big hotel. We had a twin deluxe and the room was so big with a sofa and table.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, plenty of choice.

Cons:

We got in just before it was busy but possibly not much room when busy for moving about the food area.
