Amazing. Loved it. Depressed it’s over already! Desperate to return now! Excellent staff.

Location, luxury feeling, amenities, friendliness and accommodating staff (early check-in and late check out and complimentary bar vouchers). Faultless service .

Cons:

Unexpectedly noisy due to being attached to Central Station so heard either music or announcements during our stay but this lessened during the night and when windows/shutters were closed over.

Excellent central hotel in historic building
Pros:

Standard room very good, en-suite bathroom excellent with bath, shower and window. Very reasonable price. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great champagne bar! Would thoroughly recommend it as a good central hotel. Lovely Victorian building.

The hotel itself is in a great location and a good hotel but let down badly this time by the food
Pros:

Location excellent , room was lovely warm and comfortable

Cons:

The dining experience was terrible
Steak arrived so tough not able to be cut and cold
Complained got a steak already cut into pieces still cold still tough no steak knives
Breakfast good selection but also cold
