Pros:

Location was ideal! Room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff were very good.
Very good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Fantastic staff , perfect location.
Pros:

The single biggest fallout from our stay was the exceptional greeting we received from the receptionist . She was friendly and welcoming and just instantly made us feel at home even though we were only there for a one night stay . The location of this hotel is also just perfect - our transport needs for the stay were trains to and from Hamden and buses to and from the airport and they were both accessible to us within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Another highlight was an amazing cooked breakfast to set us up for the day ahead . All in all a great hotel in a great location with really friendly and helpful staff - we will definitely stay there again if we are back in Glasgow!

Pros:

Location was excellent, breakfast was lovely mostly enjoyed the square sausage and potato scones.

Cons:

We arrived as 2 couples, me and my partner were given 2 biscuits when checking in our other couple were given 2 glasses of prosecco, I would've preferred the prosecco.

Worth for the price
Pros:

This was our first trip to Glasgow, and we chose this hotel next to the train station. We are very grateful for the hotel's thoughtful arrangements. In addition to providing us with white wine and biscuits, they also provided snacks and plush toys for our African Grey Parrot. My parrot was the first pet to check in after the hotel reopened, and also the first bird to check in. We will definitely stay here next time we go to Glasgow.

Cons:

If I had to nitpick, that it's a bit noisy. Also, the lighting in the room was a bit dim.

Great overnight stay in ideal location
Pros:

Polite, helpful, friendly staff. Large, comfy room and bed. Relaxing and atmospheric bar. Wonderful breakfast with gluten free options.

Cons:

It's not a major thing but when looking out of our window there was rubbish and plastic bags on exterior windowsills and the area could do with a general clean up to make it even more pleasant.
