Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très sympa et professionnel, chambre agréable avec bonne literie, propre, bien insonorisé. Le petit parking sous terrain en plein centre est aussi très pratique.

Cons:

J'avais été prévenu à l'avance que l'ascenseur était en panne, et avait sous-estimé le challenge: une chambre finalement au 5eme étage et le seul moyen d'accès est un escalier étroit en colimaçon c'est sportif (surtout avec des bagages). Et le buffet de petit dej était bien, mais aurait mérité un peu de réapprovisionnement.

Clean and has everything you need plus a good breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Close to the airport. The room was modern, clean and quiet. The view off the balcony isn’t the best but that’s not why we stayed there so that wasn’t a problem to us.

Cons:

The check-in took so long - maybe 20 minutes of the staff member fiddling in the computer and copying our passports etc just for a one night stay.

Lovely hotel, perfect for a long weekend
Pros:

Good location. Quieter and less crowded than the old town. Short distance to centre and nice to walk into but great to come back to the calmer side!
Staff really friendly and helpful

Sehr schönes, zentrales City-Hotel
Pros:

Zentrale Lage: man kann gut fußläufig ins Zentrum von Lyon gehen. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Parkhaus in der Nähe genutzt, da wir dem Autoaufzug für die Tiefgarage nicht getraut haben. Als wir da waren, war z.B. der Personenaufzug kaputt. Man musste sein Gepäck über die Treppe hochschleppen (würde der PKW-Aufzug kaputt gehen, hätten wir das Hotel nicht mehr verlassen können).

La atención. Muy amables todos. Vítor nos ayudó mucho. El problema de la falta de ascensor se vio solucionado porque nos ubicaron en el 1er piso.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Der Lift funktionierte nicht, viele Treppen von der Garage bis zum 3.Stock - aber sehr nette Damwn an der Reception!! Und wir erhielten das grosse Zimmer mit Balkon👍 Waren sehr zufrieden!!

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war drei Tage kaputt und wir wohnten im 5. Stock. Da erwarte ich eine schnellere Reparatur. Eine vorherige Information wöre möglich und äußerst sinnvoll gewesen. Wir hätten dann einen kleineren Koffer vorbereiten können und diesen nicht erst in der Tiefgarage packen müssen. Ohne dieses Vorkommnis wäre unsere Beurteilung deutlich besser ausgefallen.

La chambre était très bien et le lit très confortable. Le personnel de l'accueil était d'une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Hôtel avec parking privé, très pratique à Lyon. Hôtel très bien situé. Je recommande vivement.

Hormis le seul point négatif, mon séjour à votre hôtel a été agréable

La propreté de la chambre.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel.
Personnel poli et courtois.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, ce qui devait être servi chaud ne l’était pas, la nourriture était froide.
Tout les pots de confiture, marmelade etc ouverts avec une cuillère dedans, je ne trouve pas ça hygiénique.
Des contenants individuels seraient plus appropriés, selon moi.
Le seul point négatif de mon séjour est le buffet même si j’ai vécu une panne d’ascenseur.
