Očekávaná kvalita NH hotelu se naplnila - hezké lobby, ochotný a anglicky mluvící personál. Příjemné oranžové osvětlení pokoje, pohodlná postel, každodenní úklid a prostorná koupelna. Poslední den jsme měli na recepci odložená zavazadla (klasická služba, která byla v ceně), abychom se mohli pro ně vrátit před odjezdem a být tak ve městě "bez kufrů". Snídaně byly skvělé - ceníme čerstvé smoothie, pomerančový fresh, výběr slané i sladké části. Lokace hotelu je logisticky skvělá, protože je nedaleko zastávky metra Sants Estació, ze které jezdí spoje L3 a L5, které jsou téměř dostačující přímý spoj kamkoliv do centra. Navíc je tam i významná vlaková stanice, odkud jede přímý vlak až k terminálu letiště.
Na snídani nám chyběla čerstvá zelenina (cherry rajčata, okurka, paprika...)

It took us asking 3 times and almost 24 hours to get the aircon to work properly

Reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

Walking distance to most things (I like walking).
Area around hotel seemed safe enough.
Breakfast buffet was quite varied but lacked any oats (avena) and a shortage of red berries. The pastries were plentiful but not particularly nice - dry or tasteless.
Some of the breakfast staff were generally disinterested & fairly useless.
The gym was very small, no pool.
