Fairfield Inn Rochester Airport

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and helpfulness from front office supervisor Chardonnay Jeffries and the general manager Gary Ransom. They both went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and important. I would return to this hotel solely based on the experience and interactions I had with them.

Clean and updated and stocked.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities. Breakfast was amazing.

L’hotel dispone di una palestra e di una sala ristoro con bevande e cibo sempre disponibili durante la giornata. Quasi tutte le pietanze della colazione sono disponibili già dalle 4 del mattino, perfetto se come me si ha un volo che parte molto presto.

The room was clean and quiet. Chardonnay is the absolute best person to greet you. She welcomes every guest as they walk in or out and is such a joy to see. Her hospitality is top notch! Thank you for making our stay so warm and welcoming, Chardonnay!

Good location and friendly staff

Best check-in experience ever with Chardonnay, the front desk supervisor. I stay at a lot of hotels and will say I was blown away by the combination of friendliness, efficiency and detailed
Information regarding any question I could have. The hotel itself is nice and clean and super convenient for airport travel but Chardonnay is a diamond hidden at the airport.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Chardonnay at the front desk was phenomenal and brought a great energy to the check-in process. The check-in process itself was ver fast and easy as well, as was check out. I received my folio very soon after check-out as well.

Greeted by Chardonnay Jeffries who actually remembered me from my last visit. She is a wonderful asset to your team!!

After a late flight, I was so pleased to spend the night at the Fairfield Inn. It's a short walk from baggage claim (though shuttle is available if you call). A warm greeting from Chardonnay made me feel welcome right away. The room was as clean and comfortable as it could be. I didn't need to work, but would have had enough desk space to do so. The breakfast area was large and well-stocked. Cold items are available for early departures before the hot buffet is available. Everyone I encountered (desk clerks, housekeeping, breakfast staff) was friendly in what seemed like a genuine way. I am so surprised by one of the recent bad reviews- they must have stayed somewhere else! This location must be well-managed. It's just what it should be. Thank you for being there.

With a very early morning flight, we decided to stay over for one night at the Fairfield. Everything was just perfect, particularly the front desk staff who calmly and efficiently addressed an error in Booking (switched my first and last names) and with great humor as well. Appreciated the free teas at the entrance. The only criticism to state is that the television system is unnecessarily confusing. But hey, for one night with a 4am airport call, the location, price, and resultant peace of mind can't be beat. Give the staff a raise? :)

It is inside the airport which is convenient. Comfortable room was clean.
