When I got to the Hotel they held another charge on card. That’s the money I’m supposed to use to eat. Also I paid for 5 breakfast and was only allowed 4

Glad for being a long time Marriott customer, but this time the facility was not 100%

Stay was excellent, I was pleasantly surprised how good this hotel was.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean facility, secure parking, located right next to Rivers casino.

Cons:

Limited parking spaces, little out dated no usb or usb-c plug-ins. No complimentary coffee or breakfast.

The hotel was decent for the price and area. You can tell they remodeled an older hotel that was not originally a Marriott.

Nice facility.

Cons:

Exorbitant prices from the snack bar. Wound up paying $55 for two chicken sandwiches, a salad and tea. The bottles of iced tea were double that of the same item in a convenience store.

Pros:

Water stations in the main lobby or every floor is needed. I had to walk to gym to get water or wait till the morning to fill up my tumbler at Starbucks.

Pros:

The hotel staff at the desk were very accommodating, I was checked in quickly and had my room key in less than five minutes. A little confusion on the parking as you are charged for it and you must have a QR code to get out of the parking lot. I had to go to the front desk along with a couple of other patrons as we all were having troubles, maintenance came out and resolved it quickly. Rooms were very, clean sheets were crisp and inviting. The bathroom was impeccably clean. We have no complaints with our stay I would highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott.
