Good spot for a short stay with all the basics covered.
Pros:

Every person I spoke to at the font desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and generally in good condition, and all of the furniture was comfortable. Plenty of outlets (incl. USB-C charging ports) by the desk and night stands for charging electronics. Once I managed to get the Wi-Fi to work, it worked well and didn't struggle to load web pages or streaming services.

Cons:

Should have skipped including breakfast with the booking. The breakfast included one small cup of coffee (which you can make in your room) and one item off the restaurant's menu, and for a one-person, two-day booking it would've been cheaper to just order on the spot.

Sucked.
Pros:

The room was not connected to cable or power....
The tv didn't work because the cable cord wasn't plugged in, so we had to wait for a person to come figure that out. We got in at 10:30 at night so we waited a long time. Then we went to plug our phones into the nightstand and the connections were not plugged into the wall. They were still zip tied to stand. Our block to use for phone cables was not able to be used because the outlet was partially covered by the headboard. The employee who came to the room said his manager LeRoy would contact us on Friday, he didn't. Still haven't heard from him or anyone about the ridiculous issues we had with the room. We were up util midnight waiting for assistance with these issues... horrible stay.

Overpriced.
Pros:

For some reason, this hotel has raised it's prices to be non-competitive with other similar hotels in the O'Hare area. It had been my favorite since it was right next to the casino, but it is now priced $40-$50 higher than surrounding hotels. I won't stay here again. It offers no extra benefits to warrant the higher price.

Not excellent, but…very good. I didn’t quite feel like I could 100% “let go” and feel relaxed during my stay.
Pros:

-It looked very up to date and the lobby updates in progress look to be promising.
-Separate entrances by use of room key card.
-Bed comfortable
-Location was reasonable and close to our entertainment event for the evening

Cons:

-Hallways were dark/poorly lit.
-Obviously can’t do anything about the airplane noises, however, the slider door lets in a lot of traffic noise.
-Sheets had an old stain.
-Found the previous guests’ clothes that fell behind furniture. Makes it seem like housekeeping didn’t look too hard when cleaning.
-Odd stains/dirty spots on the walls in sink area and on the trim in toilet/shower room.
-Room was missing extra mirror (other reserved room had one)

Pros:

The hotels location was perfectly located for many activities. We went shopping at the fashion outlets and it's right next to the casino. Pool was the warmest hotel pool I've ever been in (in a good way).

Cons:

No microwave in our room and the mini frig was really drinks only size but without a microwave we could not have brought our left overs home anyway.
