Advertised room with kitchen but no kitchen was given when I checked in. When asked, the manager said expedia made mistake, because room with kitchen is much higher. Also, the manager named Quynh is very rude with customer. She's not willing to help or help reluctantly. Room is not cleaned automatically every day unless you asked for. When the room is cleaned, the manager will follow the cleaning maid to check your belongings. She even opened my bag to retrieve items that she thinks they are hers but free to customers (shampoo bottles). The shower has centepedes, and room has spiders. I stayed there for more than 3 weeks but was unwellcomely treated. Will not come back. Stay away if you can.

Pros:

Not really 24/7 access; there is a guard who tracks and does security duty day and night. After 11 pm, the door shuts down, and if you want to hang out late at night or come back late, you need to wake the security guard up. It always takes 5–10 minutes; sometimes he is oversleeps, and it takes me an hour, and I am trapped outside until 3 am.

No hot water, lukewarm at best. Train tracks nearby so you hear the bell constantly. Reserved room with kitchenette but I had to actually ask for specific utensils/items I needed. There were ants! We were given sheets as blankets. Shampoo was a used bottle 3/4 empty. Not comfortable but the room itself was spacious.

Pros:

Very good value for money. Close to the airport and if you like city-walking it is also within a reasonable distance to the core city centre.

Stay was very kind and helpful (especially also after we checked-out).

Don’t stay here if you don’t want any trouble!
Pros:

This hotel charged me for their water bottle in the room without warning. They have no free water inside. I have my own water but I thought their 2 bottles of water inside are free so I used them. Later they charged me for that. IT’S LIKE A TRAP!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!
