Lovely staff and comfortable stay! It is noisy but expected due to central location.
Pros:

Was upgraded on arrival, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.

Cons:

Was very noisy. Was woken up by shouting, can hear the music of surrounding clubs but I guess expected given the location.

Pros:

The staff were thr most welcoming and accommodating. The family room was clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the relaxing bar area with pleasant surroundings, friendly staff and good selection of drinks. Overall the location and hotel were perfect for us and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Good location near the noisy bar area but it's fine, basic comfortable hotel. Overall very good.

Cons:

Staff could be a little nice as little communication. Bathroom and toilet were separate which is a little weird but that's fine.

A pleasant experience
Pros:

The room was clean and beds comfortable it was ready and set up for us even though we arrived 10minutes early. Shower was lovelyband the option of a bath was a nice touch.
Every staff interaction was amazing from check in to check out from the reception team to the cleaner.
Breakfast was superb. There is something for all tastes hot and cold. The dining room is always clean and clear, too.
I left my keys in the safe in the room after check out, and I called the hotel in a panic. Everyone was super helpful and reassuring, and I got my keys back.
Location is perfect for the NEC, which is where we were spending our time, but it's also not too far a walk to some shops etc and bullring is a 20-minute walk, 10minutes in a taxi.

Cons:

It was great but the city centre location means a fair amount of noise throughout the night
The windows don't open much and their was no air con so we're quite hot overnight.

A perfect afternoon
Pros:

I purchased an Afternoon Tea experience for my friend’s birthday after reading the reviews on this site. I was not disappointed and would recommend to anyone.
From beginning to end, Juliette our host was amazing and her customer service was exemplary, we couldn’t find fault even if we had wanted to! Add to this, delicious food, a calm and relaxing atmosphere in lovely surroundings and a perfect afternoon was enjoyed.
