An amazing place for a getaway with family or spouse

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was neat and comfortable. I also appreciated the effort to use less plastic in the hotel. Convenience stores and public transport just a few steps away.

Cons:

The wifi was patchy and very slow throughout our stay and the volume on the TV remained very soft.

Pros:

Breakfast was good overall, but unfortunately, I found the staff to be not particularly friendly.
What surprised me most was when I asked at reception if I could get some toothbrush. I was told that it would cost £2, specifically for the kids. I found this a little annoying, as in all the other hotels and places I’ve stayed, basic toiletries like toothpaste have generally been provided without an additional charge.
It’s a small thing, but I was genuinely surprised by the response and felt it was a little disappointing.

Cons:

The rooms were okay overall, but the unusual layout, with the commode and bathroom and sink separated and located elsewhere, along with a leaking flush, made the stay less comfortable and, overall, not a particularly pleasant experience.

Great Location and Reception staff were very helpful.
Pros:

Room was very clean, AC worked and had extra pillows. Requested and got a quiet room on the top floor. Location was great!

Cons:

Slamming Doors throughout our stay and walls could've been better insulated! No double glazing so could hear outside traffic on the main road.

Disappointed and wasn’t that comfortable
Pros:

Location but is noisy at the weekend, due to nightlife

Cons:

Small room. No sofa bed made for kids on arrival, had to request it. Room was not the cleanest and the carpet was filthy. Very small room for a family. A bit airless with no air con. Leaving the windows slightly open means you can hear the noisy nightlife outside.
