Worst Novotel
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and the location was great.

Cons:

No Aircon in the rooms, it was like an oven at night. The building is very old and needs a refurb. The underground parking is extremely tight, goodluck if you have a saloon or 4x4, also no lift to the main floor from the car park for disabled people.
