Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Very comfortable bed
Cons:

Only thing was black water coming out of bath tap. This was resolved by running the tap full blast for a few minutes

Comfortable city centre hotel.
Pros:

Convenient for city centre and local transport. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

With window open, very noisy from Broad Street outside. Not a fault of the hotel.

My first visit last year was great but this year.
I was disappointed with the room.
The shower was dirty, no shower cap or biscuits like last year, the atmosphere was dry

Pros:

Nice and friendly reception staff and we where greeted with a smile, and maybe a bit bizarre to mention but it was possibly the best smelling hotel I've stayed in. Rooms where nice and clean and also there was plenty of choice for breakfast.
