The room was lovely, very comfortable

Cons:

The man on reception had no idea what he was doing. I asked if I could park in Brinley Place for longer than 24 hours, he had no idea. I had to ask if they had a car park, he didn’t tell me it was a train/track line. I said I need to work from this room in the morning and I couldn’t take my call as there was construction going on within my neighboring rooms

Was a good stay apart from not enough plugs

Not really enough plugs for charging multiple devices near the bed also the lighting needs to be lighter especially in the bathroom and where the mirror is in the main room /room216

Absolutely excellent - and we won the Super Bowl!
Pros:

I was only staying for one night as I was at a Super Bowl party on Broad Street. I can only say that my whole experience of staying with you was a complete joy. The staff were friendly and the room was superb value for money. Thank you.

Cons:

Paying £25 to park the car park but that's a whole conversation about parking prices in general. It wasnt your car park by the way it was the Qpark behind.

I have enjoyed staying there and would book again if I wanted to be close to the center.
Pros:

Very polite, professional and helpful staff, great location, clean room, loved the bed and sheets - simpel but slept well

Cons:

Bathtub was quite small and I could not get the water very hot

A great value stay in a modern, clean hotel with a great location for the city centre - with secure parking
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very modern and well presented upon arrival. Bar / restaurant looked very nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Added bonus of a secure car park underneath the building (chargeable upon exit) Room very very spacious and clean. Location was great, plenty of places to eat nearby and bars and only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Birmingham - perfect for our trip to the theatre (The Alexandra) - I would recommend & definitely stay again! Thank you Novotel!

Cons:

We only had one bath towel in our room - which was quickly resolved by the helpful reception staff.
The kettle in our room had some strange brown marks inside- I did manage to scrap off, but it put me off using the kettle!

Apart from that everything else was perfect and I would definitely book again!
