Pros:

Really really enjoyed my stay here. Huge rooms, super comfortable and clean and great location.

Cons:

I wear ear plugs so it didn’t matter but because it is on Broad Street which is where all the clubs are, the noise was crazy at night from all the party people and taxis etc.

Very convenient and comfortable, perfect for a trip to Brum, close to shopping & entertainment.
Pros:

Room; facilities were very good, overall pretty comfortable. Bed was comfortable, great mattress. Shower good, nice selection of toiletries. We were given free upgrades to our rooms so even better. Tea and coffee provided very nice, free water in the fridge a nice touch. TV worked fine. Breakfast really good, plenty of choice, staff very helpful (my wife has coeliac disease so has to avoid gluten), this was handled very efficiently and sympathetically. Well done. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Cons:

My wife's room (409); the mattress had a blood spot, and the carpet was stained, not excessive, probably a previous guest spilling tea, but less than perfect. Pretty minor quibbles. My room (411), no problems.

Comfortable quiet convenient loved it

Ideal for visiting the symphony hall near to a car park and the hotel was disabled friendly all excellent for our needs , will return
