Layout of the room.
Toilet in separated room from the bathroom , no sink or bin in the toilet, after using the toilet you have to go to different room your wash you hands. light in the room was very poor.
Staff and reception area was great.
The rooms are tired and outdated. They are in desperate need of redecorating. And the walls are paper thin. You could hear every word of the room next to us. When there was breakfast in the trays it was nice.

Very helpful and kind staff. We went to Novotel for my daughter's birthday, and they made her feel so special by putting balloons and a bowl of sweeties in our family room. Thank you.
We also loved the superb food from the restaurant in the evening and breakfast. Our favourite was the pancake machine! The service from all staff made us feel so welcome and the time so special. The cleaners in the morning were cheery and helpful too. They do an amazing job. Everything was spotless.

I had a meal in the evening. The table was very poorly lit. The Salmon just acceptable- tended to overcooked - any vegetables lost in a rather hot sauce - was that Amoy sweet and sour behind it.
