Wielkość pokoju, wygodne łóżko
Krótki kabel od suszarki, chłodna kołdra
Coffee pod machine, sofa, bath/shower room, easy check in and out, check in and out , location
Not keen on small slightly drab toilet room, with a bright light that things your eyes if getting up for loo in middle of the night
Staff were really great, location was good also.
It cost me almost £40 for 2 nights of parking in the hotel's own carpark.
This wasn't really communicated until a few days before my stay, and it's limited spaces on a first come first serve basis.
This really let it down for me.
Location, friendly staff, comfy beds
Dirty carpets, tired room furnishings, water pressure poor
I arrived early in the morning and understood that a room was not yet available. I was happy to leave my bag at the reception (behind a door) while I checked out the city. When I returned to the hotel at 1:30 pm, I asked if it was time to check in and a receptionist told me it was at 3 pm. No problem, I thought, and I would just do some work on my laptop in the lobby. Then I saw 3 small groups checking in with the same receptionist. I waited until she was gone and another receptionist took over. I went to this other receptionist and asked if it was time to check in. This was at 2 pm. He said yes. I understand that rooms have to be cleaned before the next guest arrives. This seemed to be a double standard to me. The room looked clean and was spacious. The hotel's location was great, as it was within a 20-minute walk to most attractions. I liked the complimentary drink voucher for each day you didn't want room service. The breakfast selection was fine. Friday and Saturday evenings were a bit noisy. I could hear screaming from the street from the pub crawlers at midnight and someone dumping bottles into the dumpster at 3 am. The gym room was well equipped with kettle bells, dumb bells, a rowing machine, 3 treadmills, and a cable machine.
Myself and my family went to Novotel for Afternoon Tea as it was a good deal. The food and drinks were lovely but the services started off very slow. We waited over 30 minutes for tea's and coffee but then the waiter's manager/more experienced member of staff stepped in and assisted to ensure the service was excellent. Overall the restaurant area was excellently decorated and after initial thoughts everything was great.
Novotel in Broad Street. The afternoon tea was lovely, we had to take some home as we couldn't eat it all. The service and staff were amazing, couldn't do enough.
Room good. Breakfast very good. Location very good.
Not the hotel's fault but there was disturbance from what sounded like cars racing on the roads outside late at night.
Staff not friendly. Service is in fact without a smile. It felt like i was bothering the receptionist when i check in on 7/3/26 at around 2:30pm. This lady was not welcoming. Then rooms didnt have but 2 towels, had to call to get a second one for my sister!, reception too busy to pick up. It might be worth saying on your website that there are not lifts from parking level to hotel level, this was difficult while pregnant. The sign is not visible before you enter. This is not a 4 star hotel. Operates below 3. Ive stayed in cleaner, better operated premier inns.
Great location. Really good breakfast. Parking onsite which isn’t too hideously expensive.
Carpets very worn and stained. Bathroom and loo need a refresh - looking very tired.
Have stayed at this hotel before and have always been pleased with service and particularly location. Comfortable bed. Good bar and restaurant.
Housekeeping forgot towels in room but this was rectified. Could be more teabags/coffee/milk supplied.
Very convenient for the venue I was going to
